The Sewing Box Quilt Shop

This shop is the best, so wish I lived closer, but I stop by whenever I'm even close to the area. There's a wonderful selection of fabric, and the staff are great at helping you to pull the perfect fabrics for your project. I attended a retreat here and it was a great experience. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, lots of support and fun! The classroom is fully equipped and comfortable. I highly recommend the classes, retreats, and just shopping here.

My favorite quilt shop! Worth the 1.5 hour drive. Staff is so friendly and helpful and the shop is full of colorful fabrics, sewing machines, kits, notions, etc. Nice large class area and great community atmosphere. Also have a webpage I can order from when I can’t make the drive. Everyone who loves to sew should check this place out!

The Sewing Box Quilt Shop is the BEST! I am fairly new to quilting and the ladies at the Sewing Box are knowledgeable and so helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. The Sewing Box Quilt Shop has been a wonderful place for me as a new quilter. The sharing of knowledge and guidance, the building of friendships, and the wonderful full service shop and quilting classroom have been a welcoming experience and encourages me to work on building my skills. Its fun to be greeted by my name when I enter.

Great quilt shop, home town hospitality. Great fabric selection, very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a Janome dealer, I had my Janome embroidery machine serviced here and had some questions, they answered all my questions and carried my machine to my car for me, very friendly.

Love the atmosphere. Friendly service from all staff. Each time I come home for a visit , I frequent the store for new fabrics.

I bought scraps from the Sewing Box and they were fantastic! A great variety, and a handwritten card inside as well. Thank you so much for that! I highly recommend buying from them since shipping was super fast and packaging was superb!

The fabric is high quality and abundant. Supplies abundant. Staff is friendly, supportive and happy. I love my hand embroidery class.

Wonderful quilt shop! A pleasure being in this shop! Wendy was so friendly and helpful to my mother and me as we selected fabric for 2 baby quilts. We didn't feel rushed or compelled to purchase fabric we didn't want. Lovely, creative environment! It was our first visit and we will definitely be returning!

Very attractive exterior and shop is laid out very well, also. Nice selection of fabrics, from reproductions to novelties. Lots of kits but fat quarter section could be expanded. Will definitely stop by again!

I was in the closest thing to Heaven today. This shoppe is visually stunning. I was so overwhelmed and overjoyed at the same time I could barely stand myself. I don't want to talk bad about somewhere else but it made JoAnn's look like a thrift shop. Moda fabric as far as the walls went and so many more. Sewing classes, long arm quilting machine, embroidery machines... Notions galore...Aurifil Thread... I cannot believe it's here not even 15 from my home. Nicest Lady ever...Took out a serger and showed me how to use one. Unbelievable. If you sew or need Material... Go no further.
