Evan at Cellular Sales was wonderful (Mansfield, PA). He was friendly, to-the-point, and also opened the door for me when I arrived at the store! He took the time to break down the pricing of two different phones I was considering and how my monthly bill would change with each. Evan was very knowledgeable... but not the "pushy salesman" kind of knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me a great phone-buying experience. I would recommend Cellular Sales in Mansfield, PA... and ask for Evan! :)

I was there on 8/23/22 and Evan Brooks was the sales rep that helped me out. He was very pleasant, patient with my phone problem, listened to what I wanted and made the whole experience a great one!! Definitely recommend him if you have any problems. I noticed that the atmosphere was very calming, every rep helped each other out, they all had great communication skills and were all very knowledgeable.

Andrew helped me get a new plan, phone, watch, and tablet. I explained to him what I wanted and he lead me to exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend seeing Andrew to help you with your needs!!

Thomas was very helpful when adding a couple new accounts to an existing account, made recommendatons about saving money and getting new phones without being pushy. The store was incredibly busy and there were only two customer service representatives available to assist. Evan was helping an older gentleman who had technical issues and was on hold with Technical Support. Thomas didn't make us feel rushed and answered all our questions.

Next day I had questions about the print out we received with our purchases and went back to the store. Thomas was not working, but Brett and Lissa were very helpful in answering ALL my questions and assisted me with a return. Evan came in for his shift and acknowledged me from the evening before and was very cordial.

I would definitely recommend visiting the store early in the morning if your schedule allows as evenings appear to be quite busy and they have lost staff members during the last few months. The customer service representatives have definitely "stepped up their game" and try to make the experience as positive as possible.

I called the two numbers listed on their sign to give feedback about my experience. One of the men told me he was going to buy them lunch. I hope he follows through.

Had a wonderful experience here. My phone was very uncooperative and it took quite some time to figure things out yet Brett was very helpful and patient with everything going on. Would definitely go back to this store and ask for him. The store didn't have the specific color I wanted in stock and Brett was kind enough to place an order for me along with providing an estimate on when it would be in so I could fully upgrade and finish what I needed to. The people were very friendly and I would recommend this place for sure.

I used to despise cellular sales, until this experience with Thomas and his trainee Alex. These two gentlemen patiently walked me through getting the best deal imaginable on a new account. Not only did they find me an affordable plan for my needs, I now have a new phone and tablet to ensure my communication and tasking needs are fully met. Their compassion and gentle demeanor during a difficult time was the service cherry on top. Thanks guys. Onward an upward.

Reed was VERY knowledgeable, precise, and helpful with the purchase and set up o my wife's new phone. Reed went above and beyond and made this transaction a very pleasant experience.

The experience was great! Sierra greeted us and was exceptionally helpful. She offered us promotions that helped us get the best phone at the best price. Brett kept us entertained while we waited. Overall the store is nicely set up and organized. It feels very welcoming.

It was time for a new phone. With the changes of no more 2 yr agreements they need to know how your account is before they give recommendations. They have many different ways to pay for a phone and looking up your account helps determine options and it is fast and painless. All the reps are kind and courteous. They look out for each other while working with clients. They help each other out when needed. I was able to change back to Samsung, without hurting my wallet, and not have to change my bill. Win Win

I had called about getting assistance with my early upgrade. Upon arrival, the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was currently assisting another individual and I was helped by Thomas.

Thomas was a GREAT help! Throughly walked through everything for me to where it was easy to understand and even helped save me money on my bill moving forward. Great assistance and great customer care. I cannot give more stars but I would!

Their sales representative Vince Nance was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get our phone plan together in a timely manner without any issues. He also helped us get the best deal possible, and we never felt taken advantage of or given a "sales pitch."

I went in with a phone that sim wasn't working and came out with a brand new phone. The gentlemen that helped me in Mansfield Store (Cory) was amazing, helpful and out to get me the best deal. Not to mention the work environment and atmosphere was amazing. I went in not happy about my phone and came out happy with alit of laughter. 😂
