The Fireplace and Patioplace

My husband and I have had the best experience here with both Matt and Terri! So much so that we purchased both our fireplace, and more recently our patio furniture, from them. Honest, professional, informative, friendly, and just overall extremely helpful. In a time when customer service is nearly non-existent, they still provide an outstanding shopping experience all around. Five stars for certain!

The spicy beef soup was like chili and beef stew made love and had a child, absolutely fantastic! Loved the environment and friendly staff. Everyone told me to go here for "a good sit down meal" and they were not lying

I wish I was better with technology so I could just change my last review, but I’m not sure how. Although I have been waiting longer then I was told for my fireplace, I just got a call from Patio and Fireplace about when it will come in. There was some unforeseen issues with it. They are now taking care of everything and making everything right for me. The woman I spoke with was very nice and very understanding of my feelings on everything. Thank you for making everything right by me.
