Absolutely love the variety of accessories in the shop, everything from snacks/supplements to the obvious or not so obvious bike parts. Service has been top notch the times I had to take my bikes in for repairs or upgrades. Rich took the time to explain the options in upgrades or replacements like new drive trains or lately the drop bar upgrade on my Jamis gravel bike. The shop also hosts tons of rides, from road to mountain and gravel, running groups and trail maintenance days for some of the local spots. The new shop has tons of floor and wall space for accommodating beginner/kids bikes up to and including both high end road and mountain bikes, even the newest ebikes. If you are in the market for a new bike, a refresh, tune up, parts or accessories swing on in and check em out.

You simply won't find a better place for service on your bike, whatever the make/model. Work was completed very timely and at a reasonable cost. They fixed the issues I requested and made a few other long-overdue repairs. I genuinely couldn't be happier, and would recommend DNA bikes to anyone. I'll be bringing my wife's bike in next week for the same service. Thank you!

Received an electric bike for Christmas. Rich went over the bike with me in detail and put the bike on my bike rack. He has very patient with me and all my questions. A few weeks later, I bought a new bike rack from them. He put the rack together, showed me how put the rack on the car. I'm very happy with the excellent I've received from them. I would recommend DNA for all your biking needs!

I recently had a great experience purchasing a new bike here. Took it out for a spin since it's a little nicer out and Rich definitely took care when assembling it because I was not gentle with it.

100% recommend checking it out if you're looking to get into cycling or even if you're passing through and need a part.

Went in looking for grips for my scooter, and was happy to find a great pair, and cheaper than anywhere online shipped too. The two guys working were very nice too and Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike or just parts. It’s much bigger than the front of the building makes you think also

After many years, I decided to pick up riding again. Went down, met Rich and ended up purchasing a new bike. Very personable guy with a clear passion for his shop. Highly recommend.

Well there is this teenager they call LAD, Rich takes care of said teenager and his I can do anything antics with his bike(s). Amazing place and customer service, short notice of course, yet DNA gets the job done.

Fantastic service and always helpful. The only feedback I'd say and hard to change is the front bike access. Has been better with the door holder.

Stopped in to drop off my bike for a repair. It had a loud knocking while pedaling. Rich took a quick look and after a short discussion, figured out it was a loose bottom bracket. Adjusted it right there and then. Super knowledgeable and a no BS type owner. Very courteous and his shop is filled with quality accessories. Will definitely visit again for any repairs needed or for a new bike. Highly recommend 10/10.

Efficient, reasonable and knowledgeable service while I waited on two bicycles......I had repairs done while I waited even though I was fully expecting to have to leave the bikes and pick them up another day .....the bearings were shot on my bottom bracket and they where replaced with new sealed bearings while I waited.....Couldn’t ask for more .....gonna run my errands by bike tomorrow!!!! I’m very Happy

Had a great experience taking my bike here. Shop was very knowledgable and gave me a great idea of what condiition my bike was in. Being that i haven’t rode it in years, this information was extremely helpful.

The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. We previously had a Walmart bike for our 12 year old and she still wasn't confident to ride comfortably. We invested in a bike at dna and have seen an incredible difference in her bike riding skills and confidence. He has a great program for adjustments and upgrades as well.

Has everything u need. Friendly honest service. Good hours. The owner is the bike tech. Assembling and working on everything that comes in. Bought a bike there. Love it. Works well. Good prices. Has a lot of stuff. Great selection. Highly recommend. Add on: Bought a 2nd bike there. Put him thru the wringer though. Got the wrong size in twice. 3rd time is gonna be the charm.
Was in his shop and a 14 ish year old came in and asked how much to straighten his bars and stem on his bmx bike. Rich gave him the Allen wrench and said "here, have at it". No charge. Another time a dude walked in with his rim/tire and said he had 5 dollars and asked how much a tube was. Rich took the rim and put a new tube in and inflated it. Handed it back and said "don't worry about it", accepting no payment. Great guy. Is Definetly a bicycling advocate who wants u to b outdoors pedalling a bicycle. For sure. Arranges weekly bicycle rides too. Is a godsend he is only 15 minutes away. I've actually stopped there mid ride with issues and he took care of me on the spot....literally like a pit stop. The best. I'm 44 years old and have had my dealings at different bike shops, riding mtn bikes since my late teens. This is an excellent shop by comparison. Like I said, has everything u need. And if he doesn't have it he can order it. My last bike, I actually wanted another...he suggested a different one that was less expensive but had a better component package. Which was super cool and was the bike I bought. And I love it. Therefore he is not about selling u the most expensive bike, but he is about selling the best bike 4 u. Best. Shop. Ever.

Took 2 of my bikes down for a tune up, had them done in 2 days even though it looked very busy, plus took the time to show me how to set up my suspension on the bike, being my 1st bike with full suspension that I picked up used didn't buy there. will be going there from now on for parts and any work I need on the bikes.

Real nice owner very knowledgeable and friendly makes it easy to get what you want for your bike wether you are just a beginner or are a pro. I would recommend using him over many other local shops (i.e. spokes)

Phenomenal customer service, called about an issue with my bike, took it here and had the issue fixed super quick. Very professional and nice!

So glad I found place! Rich was awesome, he even tried to help me over the phone so I wouldn't have to take my bike in, but I had to take in anyways, and had me ready to go in minutes!
