The staff here are absolutely wonderful and so sweet! The facility is always clean and the office is always very welcoming , especially their holiday decorations! They're always something to look forward to! A great business with some great people!

Great place really great rates on storage units extremely friendly staff. People here that really will go above and beyond for you. Highly recommended I drive an hour and a half just to use them!!!

Not very happy after talking items home to find mold. To warn during the summer when it was advertised as a climate controlled environment

I stored my belongings here for about a year (Matamoras location). When I came back to unload my stuff, it was apparent everything had suffered major water damage. 90% of my stuff was ruined and had mice living inside/chewing up everything. Then, to add insult to injury I had to fight with them to get my deposit back. I would not recommend this place at all for the safekeeping of your valuables.

Took two months to get my security deposit back. I made several phone calls to the office and the manager was not helpful at all. Once I finally recieved my deposit it was short $10. I wouldn't recommend using this facility to my worst enemy.
