I visited Family Practice for a regular checkup. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Charles was also friendly and thorough. He was truly interested in my well-being. I feel very fortunate that we have a facility like this close to home.

Dr Charles has been seeing my son since he was born. He is so great with him.Everytime we have had an issue with being sick they do their absolute best to get us in ASAP. We absolutely love everyone there!

Staff is courteous and compliant with privacy protocols. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. All three providers (Jennifer, Christa, and Dr. Charles are excellent).

I would never take my mother anywhere else. We just love all the staff, and Dr Charles is very good! Dr. Charles took good care of my mother, now he has me as a patient. He is a great Dr. and all his staff is also great!

The system jumped me out before I finished ranking the other questions. I only entered one. Either way, my experience with Dr Charles feels just like I did when I was a patient of Dr Lentz (almost 50 years before his passing). He is caring and understanding doctor who listen to whatever comments I make and responds accordingly.

Life is hard and messy if you have a problem with them they have been reasonable so far and should be willing to listen.
