Would recommend to anyone. Got a flat tire so I called and mark answered told him what was going on and I said please tell me you have a opening he said absolutely. Mark went above and beyond just want to say thank you and you guys have my business for life.

I got my oil changed and tires rotated this morning and couldn't be happier!!! I made my appt on line and was happily greeted by the gentlemen at the service desk. He explained all my options which I was clueless so he gladly talked to hubby on the phone to get EXACTLY what we wanted... In hardly no time at all my SUV was done... Job well done.. Great prices... And excellent customer service & staff... We will get our oil changes there from now on!!!!

We were traveling on vacation and had an issue with a tire not holding air. Mark, the manager noticed us sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open. He was very helpful and focused on getting us back on the road again as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent customer service!!

I stopped here after walking out of my house and seeing i had a flat tire before i left for work, i called them to see if they could help me as quickly as possible so i could still get to work. They were completely kind and understanding, they patched my tire and filled it super fast for only 16$, i expected them to replace the entire tire and try to get extra money from me and they didn’t. i will definitely be returning in the future!!!!

Good prices for my work truck tire and brought my personal truck in for inspection and emissions a week later and they remembered me.

Decided it would be a great idea to drive a 20 year old beat up police car from Indianapolis to NYC thankfully if I ever decide to do the trip again I know I’ll have amazing peace of mind knowing this place is right at the half way point while on my way home I blew up my parking brake rendering it a hazard for the 400 miles I had left to get home I limped in on a Sunday an hour before they closed instead of giving the run around I got in 30 minutes later cause the only Sunday service tech hadn’t had lunch then he proceeded to APOLOGIZE to me for taking a lunch instead of getting me in right away the guys there were absolutely amazing and hilarious definitely removed any sort of stress I had after being broke down hours away from home thanks to them I made it home same day without further issues I definitely feel way more confident going back to NYC again knowing this shop will be on the halfway point thank you for everything boys

I had my 1963 Pontiac Bonneville aligned at Mr. Tire a week ago. It went down the road straight and true, but my steering wheel alignment was off clockwise from about 12 o'clock where it should be to about 2 o'clock. I called today, they fit me in to bring it back. Mike took me back and explained the entire process to me and got it super close. The only factor now is the old, worn out steering box of mine. Looks like I have a winter project coming! Thanks, Mr. Tire!

I took my car there yesterday evening to get a tire replaced because Walmart claimed they couldn’t get the lug nuts loose. However, the guys at the shop were great!! They were able to get the old tire/wheel off and put a new tire on for me. They were very friendly and efficient! I will continue to go there for all vehicle services!

I busted the stem on my tire. They fixed it within the same day and very cheap price. Very friendly and I’ll be back for all my auto needs.

Stopped there today for a battery for my son’s car. I have to say I have worked retail for many many years and I was so impressed with the customer service and the experience the staff provided. Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Charleroi, PA did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. I received a new tie rod, control arm, and alignment. All parts were sourced that day within 5 hours after dropping it off. Mark was very nice and helpful. I recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a skilled mechanic and multiple car repairs. I value their quality of service and definitely plan on returning for future repairs. Thank you!

I have had to get my exhaust fixed, fuel line, doors fixed, coolant issues. always reasonable price, helped me find coupons to save money and got my car back to me within a couple days. Josh is one of the nicest people I have met. Very friendly and great service.

I had a flat tire on my back from Michigan driving to NJ. I pulled off the highway and found my way to Mr. Tire. I explained my situation and asked if they would be able to help me. They checked my tire and found a nail. They repaired it and I was back on the road in about an hour. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I was so lucky to have found them.

Great garage with great staff. I took my 2010 Nissan Frontier for them to work on and it was in bad shape. It needed a muffler and was leaking fuel. They kept me in the loop with what was wrong and how much it would cost. They even went out of their way to cut out my muffler and replace only that when a few over places wanted to replace everything. The truck was done in a few days. The work was awesome and the price was much lower than the dealership. I would recommend Mr. Tire in general, but this shop in particular. The manager, Josh, was knowledgeable and professional.

My husband and I went in after having extensive work done on our truck to have an alignment done. Three guys here were phenomenal. It's really nice going to a garage that seems knowledgeable about customer satisfaction instead of worried about just their commission! I look forward to doing more business here 😊

By far the best tire shop! The waiting area as well as the garage were very clean and the Josh's were friendly upon arrival. They got my vehicle in for tires right away during busy tax season. All of the techs there were friendly and knowledgeable, vehicle was finished quickly even with the added alignment that was needed. I drive over an hour to this shop, the level of service provided is unmatched and will continue to pass many tire shops to patronize this amazing tire and repair shop.
