Always a fantastic experience. Ken is knowledgeable and trustworthy. That speaks volumes to me as a female in a mechanic shop. He is wonderful. Everyone there is super nice and does great work. Recommend to everyone!!!

Always amazing at Kens. They helped us out when were quoted $1600 at a dealership for a fix. Went to Kens and got our problem fixed for $300. We’ve taken all our cars here and they are super friendly and great to us.

Been meaning to leave a review for a while. My car is pushing 30 years old. After being through the ringer of several sketchy mechanics this is the only place I'd trust to bring my car at this point. They are always quick to diagnose issues and are extremely honest with repairs and prices. I will never go anywhere else.

My dumb son at ES University w his car reported power steering light on. I called Ken’s and made an appointment for him to drop it off. I’ve never dealt with them before, two hours later Ken called and said that the car was fine. It was the tire pressure light, not the power steering light. He filled the tires up and said there was no charge. He is clearly an honest mechanic. I’m going to bring my son’s car there in the future. I saw another parent from East Stroudsburg also had their kid bring the car to him and gave good reviews.

Ken’s has 5 stars for a reason. They are honest, knowledgeable and they will fix your vehicle correctly. The only issue is getting it in for service bc they are scheduled a bit out…to be expected from a good mechanic. If they don’t fix your type of truck, they tell you up front, but this is a mechanic shop you can trust.

Local referral. Tire leak. On side wall with rot did best to plug and was holding, but it may be a problem down road With HONESTY he recommended replacing and NO CHARGE and to a shop that had good tires as he didn't carry mine. Returned to have them put on rim as other shop was too busy. Ken took the time to get me back on the road
How many places don't charge for even minor things when they did work ! Glad to return and pay a fair price for installation. Angel and Ken....see them they will treat you right

We have been taking our cars, and recently our motorhome, here for a long, long time. Ken, his wife, and the staff are always up front about what they are doing and get approval first. Can say only good things about Ken's. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our vehicles for years.

I brought in my 2007 Subaru Forester last week so Ken's could take a look at the power steering. I suspected a leak on the line, since it would take power steering fluid, work fine for awhile, and then steadily stop working. But I couldn't be sure, so I left it with Ken and his team to take a look. A couple days later, and the quote came back that most of the line system had to be specially ordered and replaced. The cost was steep, so steep I had to talk it over with my family about how we were going to cover it. But even after doing some research, all I could conclude was that the price was high, but not unthinkable, and in any case we trusted Ken and his team. Incredibly, a couple of days after that, they gave us a call to let us know that the part that they ordered turned out to be the wrong one -- not their fault; the seller messed up the order -- but it didn't matter because they found another fix. Not only that, but it cost us a little off the top from the original quote. NICE. Lo and behold, though, we misunderstood them over the phone. Turns out it wasn't a sixth of the price off the top, it was that the ENTIRE COST was now one sixth the original quote. WOW. Such a relief. And they were so humble about it. "Well, sometimes we have to quote a little higher than we want to, but we always try to find the best affordable solution." NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. Oh, and of course the power steering is perfect. Thanks Ken, thanks Angel, thanks Ken's Auto! Most appreciated.

I rolled in on an almost flat tire. Ken walked out the door and invited me inside to wait while the tire was repaired. 15 minutes later the tire was patched and the cost was very affordable.

I have done business with Ken for quite a few years now. I’m very satisfied with the work he has done for me. As a mechanical engineer I’m pretty fussy about the vehicles I spend half of my life in. I travel upwards of 40,000 miles a year. I always feel content when I drive my vehicle out of his garage. Ken and Dan are the best!

This place is honest and professional. You may not get the diagnosis you were hoping for depending on your cars condition but u will get honesty and reasonable pricing for repairs. I trust this place and will keep going back for my auto needs.

I tend to push my trucks to the limit and this Monday it all caught up to me. A bad oil leak developed recently in conjunction with me pushing the brakes past their limit. As this is a work truck I took it to Ken's shop where his staff looked things over and gave me honesty. The work was scheduled and completed on time. Now we are back on the road making a living thanks to the entire staff at Ken's. I highly recommend them.

An exceptional company that I'd recommend to anyone. Very quick, eficient service. Polite and respectful staff. My car drives like new. Used to be crazy loud and hills would make it even worse. Ken's fixed this an more for a very, very small fee. Let's just say I was quoted at Major Hyundai $2,700 for what Ken handled at under $400. Would visit again when the need arises.

Moved to Bushkill a coupla years ago- after getting absolutelty shafted at a big name "tire center" for inspection hunted a private owned place and glad I did and found them they are great. Drive an older (2004) Mercury and wish to keep as long as i can - have done lube & oils , inspection and a couple of serious complex issues as well- they perform ! Work done right, first time and for an honest price. More over the mark of good people is how they act when there is a problem- had a minor but important issue and they took care of it right away and also saw i needed an alternator- done right away but the part- a rebuilt- failed shortly after- Ken replaced the replacement immediately with 0 charge and 0 hassle- all the warranties in the world dont mean a thing without a good man behind them and he sure is ! I cant recommend this guy more - i know a lot more about cars than most,did my own work when young enough and have 1.87 MILLION miles on the road( 43 long years salesman/manager) and a shop like this is damned rare. Because folks like Ken, his wife and his employees are rare. You cant go wrong here !

Straight to the point and very knowledgeable. I took the car in and got it back a few hours later better than I took it in! I definitely recommend this business if you have any issues with your car.
