Bought a fun car in upstate NY, but the radiator fans wouldn’t spin so it was overheating. Stopped halfway through the trip at the gas station nextdoor to avoid damage from overheating, and these guys let me borrow a tool and checked my fuses to help me rule out possible causes free of charge. I figured out the problem but had no tools on me, so I got them the hard-to-find relay and left the car there overnight and they got me all fixed up! They even offered to give me a ride but I had my other car with me. Good service and quick turnaround, and whatever else they did made my car run even better than before!

Visiting for a concert with the family and hit a pothole and heard a really bad clanking noise. Pulled in and Jon was able to squeeze us in and turns out the caliper was loose and missing a screw .

I was passing through town late on a Friday night, stopped for food and my car broke down. I limped it to the shop and the guys were kind enough to let me hang out while I waited for a tow after they diagnosed a faulty (and obscure) part. When the tow was a no-show, they helped put me back on the road to get home safely. All around knowledgeable and pleasant people. Thank you!

I just got a great deal on some new tires installed balanced and a front end alignment best price in town for name brand tires and quality work.

After calling around to several mechanics and dealerships in the area, I couldn't find anyone that could get me an appt until mid Sept. I called up Superior after totally forgetting that there is a mechanic on the same street that I live and sure enough, they were able to get me in same day! I dropped my car off without issue, the car was done when they said it would be, and the price was more than fair. I am not kidding when I say that they charged me a 1/4 of what a dealer charged me to fix the same issue on my previous vehicle. I highly recommend this location for repairs and maintenance services. Superior Auto Service recently inspected my car, changed the engine oil and rotated my tires. Their work is reliable and they are always professional. The owner, Doug, and all of the employees genuinely care about their customers. I also love the convenience of being able to make an appointment on their website. All in all it was a great experience from start to finish!

Place is very nice, comfortable and clean. The owner fit me in last minute and did a wonderful job aligning my car that was FAR off. Drives beautifully, very professional. Owners wife made me coffee and we chatted while I waited. Very nice people, trusting establishment. Would recommend and will definitely be going back for routine maintenance.

This place is great! I had a serious issue with my catalytic converter. Throughout the whole process the guy called me for everything, and was very very honest. He didn't make any changes or order any parts without my OK, and he was very generous by giving me a break on the cost. I would definitely take my car here again, if I hadn't just moved. Maybe I still will!

I did the 120K maintenance yesterday. The price was reasonable. They also found my serpentine belt was cracking and replaced it for safety.

The mechanics are awesome. They work fast and keep you posted on the your vehicles.

Had four (4) tires replaced. Had previously selected the tires so that were ready for me. The service was fast and friendly, as usual. Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Fair prices.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Knowledgeable, skilled, honest and if they can find a way to save you a couple of bucks they will. If I had to find something to complain about it would be they are so busy it usually takes a week to get you car in for service but this should be a testament to how good they are.
