Bought a snow blower and the sales lady was super helpful and friendly. I can't remember her name but I think it was Tanya or something. She was awesome and very helpful. The price was reasonable and they helped my brother in law also

Been shopping here for some time now. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday, I had to put down my daughters dog. As a “treat” for him we walked him through this location as it was his first store he’s ever been in. And it was his last. I want to thank all the staff that greeted him and gave him a smiles or a pat.

I had an excellent experience here at this location. Jerry, in the paint department, got the paint that was needed, and I left the store satisfied with my in-store experience.

We found a medium size wet dry shop vacuum for a good/great price. Was hoping for the hard plastic tub, went with the metal body style. We love it. Sturdy. Wheels. Lots of attachments. Great suction on dry debris. Staff always friendly and helpful. So excited to see all the summer furniture being placed on the floor, soon their green house will be fully stocked

Dave in the customer service/returns area is just a great guy. I had a big project where I was often in/out with the need to return items, etc... He was always friendly, funny, and personable. Great guy. Lowes has been my go to for home improvement and service like this makes it the best!

Just went and got my online order from Lowe's and I was impressed.
Ordered some joint mud for drywall yesterday night, and went and picked it up today in the morning. They had me go to some lockers, scan the barcode I got from my phone, the locker door opened on its own, got my stuff, closed the door, and I was done. Quick, easy, efficient, and everything worked with no problems. Love it. Thank you :)

I shop here regularly for DIY projects. They need to hire more sales staff. The ones they have are great!

I went with a friend who made the purchase but they were able to find everything he needed and get the job done it wasn't that much money as she thought it was going to be so they got what they needed to get we went on our way and soon my water heater will be ready to be used. The store is always clean tidy and you can always find help and if that person doesn't know they find you help and bring them back to you and introduce them that person to you they're very polite and very professional and like I said if they don't know they get somebody who does I recommend the store to anybody who's doing home improvement or just shopping for tools or accessories for tools Lumber and gardening and outdoor furniture and barbecues and sheds and trailers and all kinds of things.

The people who helped us out were amazing! We stayed all the way until closing and everyone was so helpful! A big shout out to Daniel from the Carpet area, he was so patient and helpful even helped tie the carpet on top of thr car! I wish thr new everyone else name! Best place to go and such helpful people

It is packed today they are not making you wait outside like Home Depot but everyone is everywhere here flowers are going like hot cakes tip checkout in the back there is not much wait time there

Robert (Bob) helped us out so very much. He stayed late and helped us get a new washer and dryer since ours went out. Bob was kind and pleasant to work with. The kindest person we have ever worked with there. The delievery drivers screwed us by braking the washer and not finishing their job. Called many times trying to get someone to fix the washer and finish the install. Its been three days now. If they don't finish this mess tonight. In taking this stuff back and all hell will fly.

The Coeur d'Alene Lowe's gives BIG BOX stores a good name. Always excellent service. (Not bad having a great son as an installer too.)

We love Lowes and appreciate their help. We get everything to fix up our Old Hickory Sheds. Customers want wiring, insulation, wall covering, windows and light fixtures.

It was great service this time. We had accidentally left a bag of items we had paid for before. We were able to get them without any problems.

I have been very impressed with the Lowe's in CDA, having just moved here from a state that will remain unnamed. I was impressed with everyone from the customer service desk to the checkout counter and especially the Home Decor department. Glenn made my complicated window covering project seamless...making sure the measurements were correct and following up on the installation, going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. All with a smile. I hope Lowe's keeps this guy around as he surely enhances the brand.
