I had to go in to get a new phone. I was greeted my a man who sent me to Sean’s desk just while he was getting out of the back. Sean was extremely helpful with helping my husband give me authorization over the internet and the getting my phone squared away. He was even able to get a better internet device and lower my bill! In and out very quickly for a phone transfer 👍🏼

I had such a wonderful experience today at my local Verizon store. Kimberly Anne went above and beyond with her customer service skills. She was extremely patient with my OCD! (My screen protector cannot be off even a little 😂). She had my best interest in mind and gave me exactly what I came to the store for. Kim was also so gracious to give me one of HER VERY OWN covers for my camera lenses. I cannot say enough about her! I was in awe of her hospitality!!

Wasnt getting call service on phone, but had all the bars. John said he never saw that problem before, but he tried a bunch of things & finally got it working again. Great person to deal with.👍👍👍👍👍

Chloe was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up saving $20 a month on my wireless bill without losing the services we want. Friendly and patient. Give her a raise!

Salesman, (Jamal) was personable, efficient and knowledgeable about products and services.
Store was very clean and all Covid-19 precautions were in place. We were in and out in a timely manner and we love our phones!

Sean was very helpful and professional. The store, on the other hand, needs to be renovated.

My husband had received a phone from Asurion that we set up at home, however we couldn’t get it to make or receive phone calls. So we took it to Chris at the Wind Gap Verizon store. It was an hour before closing but that didn’t bother him, Chris was very helpful and an extremely hard working employee. What we thought was going to be an easy fix turned to be more complicated than we thought, leading into the after hours at the store. Chris stayed with it though and got the phone working, he’s a very determined individual! We are happy to send any new customers to Chris in Wind Gap. Thanks for all the help Chris!

My husband and I purchased two S7 phones, a Hum, & two tablets from this location. Johnathan, our CSR, and Steve, the manager, could not have been more helpful. While we had a couple issues through our transition from AT&T, Jonathan & Steve went above and beyond the call of duty. We believe due to their actions that we made a really good decision deciding to make the switch to Verizon. I suggest that you request Johnathan as a your CSR-he is great and will make sure you're satisfied before leaving the store. Moreover, he even came in on his day off to help us out- who does that?!

John was very knowledgeable and personable. He wasn't pushy or salesy. I highly recommend John!
