AT&T Store

Jen was fantastic, knowledgeable. She was extremely patient. Sam made the entire store feel comfortable and relaxed. These ladies really know what they’re doing and I’m happy to have them right up the street.

Needed to confirm that a previous contract phone was unlocked. The ATT website couldn't help for 2 days saying " technical problem try again later "
Dropped by the store. Samantha was very responsive and helpful. Solved my problem in 10 min.

Even though the sales rep was alone and very busy on a Friday morning she was able to friendly and efficiently juggle two customers at once. As three more came in as us two left!!Why anyone would schedule only one person on a Friday morning is beyond me!!

My dad went yesterday on my birthday to talk to them about switching and ended up coming home with 2 new phones and 2 on the way! He couldn’t stop talking about how easy and nice they were, he also said they answered every question of his which really sold him! Thanks AT&T!!

Mike is honestly the best rep I've ever worked with!

This past Friday I received my new phone in a small box that said the phone inside was refurbished. It turned out to be new after all .I called the Somerset , PA. store and had a heated conversation with the manager Zach . Well, I was heated , he was very professional. To make a long story short . I went to the store Sunday . He was very,very professional,calm,and friendly. He straightened everything out in no time . I formally want to give Zach and my salesperson Stephen Panicali my very serious and heart felt apology . I have seen first hand that at&t is very fortunate to have such professional , helpful and friendly men as part of their team . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these men to everyone. Thanks.

We had trouble getting our upgraded phone to activate. The salesman Mike I think his name was, was so helpful and tried everything to see what the issue was and got it figured out.

I needed to get a new phone. Didn't have what I wanted in stock so I had to order it. Looks like it's only going to take a day to get here. Good experience so far. Will update when I have to transfer all my information over to the new phone.

Leonard Beeman was the man today! Helped me set up everything and just talked my head off about the new iPhone I just bought. Good man! Five star rating! I always come here for anything.

The service was outstanding. It was a pleasure working with Mike. He got me the plan I wanted for the right price. I highly recommend this store.

I think it is awesome AT&T has 5GE instead of regular 5G. The company is doing a smart move by improving their already existing great LTE networks instead of having too build the new towers. I hope too see AT&T home internet too soon be available too Somerset Pennsylvania. My experience at the store was able too get me contracted in and with an new iphone 11 for zero down. Great experience and hope too be apart of the company for years too come !

Good customer service especially Jennifer, the place to be to get a new phone or tablet. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mike was awesome! Alerted us our issue required calling AT&T customer service and let us stick around the store so he could help us if need be while we were on the call.

Had help with my service from Mike Josh and zac very nice people who helped me with my issue and got me out of store in no time.
