The store and staff are great, prices good to the only problem I had with appliances was buying the slightly damaged one,the fridge I had nothing but problems

Had a great purchasing experience and installation for a new washer/dryer combination. They had a good selection of top of the line products, and had floor model examples to go and see. Hassle free delivery and fast installation by skilled techs who were respectful of my home and pets. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and how to use the machine after setup. Haul away and disposal of the old appliances was a cinch as well. Glad to see a local brick and mortar business thriving in the face of the big chain stores and online competition.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. They delivered our new washer and dryer and removed the old ones. I am very grateful that I didn't have to go to a big box store and deal with what would have been most certainly a huge headache. Easy transaction from beginning to end. This is my second purchase from them and both times they did not disappoint.

Robert approached as we entered the store. He was very knowledgeable while we looked at dishwashers and helped us make the best choice for us.

I contacted them with the appliances I wanted, fridge, built in micro and dishwasher. Received a quote the following day with a delivery date. The delivery was 2 weeks earlier than expected and the delivery team was very careful when bringing the items. Price might have been a bit higher than the big box stores, but well worth it for the service received. Highly recommend!!

What a great experience working with Tiffany at hometown. We ordered a complete kitchen including range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer. Of course with Covid, everything was back ordered but Tiffany kept us informed on each appliance and worked with us to get things delivered as soon as possible. The delivery guys were great. They are experienced and know how to maneuver with the large appliances though the house and lots of tricks to protect your floor as they install. They came prepared for each installation and we couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend Hometown for all your appliance needs.

Good selection with prices that beat the big box stores without having to pay for unnecessary extras. .It was a pleasure working with Joe Ruggerio on the sales end. The delivery/installation was top notch which included an explanation of my new refrigerator features. I intend to shop Hometown for my future appliance needs.

These guys are the BEST. DO NOT go to a big box store. I have been going here for YEARS bought my washers, dryers, refrigerators and stove from these guys. They have provided superior installation and service. At VERY reasonable and competitive prices. All with smiles on their faces. It's nice to see service like this when it is truly rare, today.

Excellent service! Huge selection including brands I had never seen at Home Depot or Lowes. Staff were readily accessible for questions but not overbearing. Check out process was quick and the appliance was instantly brought out to our vehicle. I will never shop at a big box store for another appliance.

We recently purchased our kitchen appliances from the Hometown Brand Center in Bangor, Pa. From Tiffany the sales professional, to Jim the installer, to Faust the proprietor our experience was excellent. We made two trips to the store. After listening to what appliances we had and our idea of what we wanted, Tiffany showed us appliances she thought might interest us and she showed them with a wealth of product knowledge, features, and performance reviews that made our selection process very manageable. The height of many new refrigerators limited our selection of models due to the height of our existing cabinet over the refrigerator. Sensing we wanted a refrigerator that was not sized for our opening, Faust the proprietor offered to come to our house to measure the height of the opening and to offer solutions to deal with that cabinet. He suggested that a trim of the cabinet was very doable and with that the refrigerator we wanted would surely fit. Faust was correct and we were able to purchase the refrigerator we wanted. On installation day Jim arrived as scheduled and masterfully and neatly installed the four appliances. He then gave us a great tutorial on how to use each appliance and how to care for them. He is very good at what he does. In short I highly recommend Hometown Brand Center as the entire staff is professional, very knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented. They truly like what they do and what they do, they do very well. We love our new appliances. By the way, the prices were very good as well.

Went to the store in Brodheadsville. They spent plenty of time with my husband and I (even stayed with us after their closing hours). Found much better quality appliances for a better price, than the chain stores. We are extremely happy with our wash machine and dryer purchases. Will definitely return for parts, repairs and other appliances. Keep up the great personal service!

Good selection of appliances and knowledgeable sales staff. Prices were lower than Depot and Lowes on identical products. And the price they gave the first time accomplished that. They offered setup and delivery which was a big help. Not to mention great service after the sale when we had a ding in the fridge door.

Highly recommended! We had to replace our kitchen range quickly. I have a small cake business and needed to find a replacement quickly. In spite of the present CoVid-19 situation, Tiffany was most helpful in assisting me in my selection. Our order was placed on Wednesday and Friday morning we had a new stove delivered and installed by Dan and Logan. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Had to get a new dryer so began shopping at big box stores but remembered I needed to support small businesses especially now. Their price on the item I wanted was better than the big box stores! Additionally, Jim, my customer service representative, was so knowledgeable and courteous. There is just no comparison!! I will always go here first from now on!!

Went to Hometown Brand Center last week and purchased three appliances. Tiffany was fantastic, very informative and really new her stuff. The delivery and installation people were just as awesome, knowledgeable and efficient, as well as extremely neat, no mess to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Hometown Brand Center. I dealt with the Bangor location of Hometown for a bulk appliance purchase. I highly recommend these guys for any appliance purchases as their prices are very reasonable and comparable to big box stores but comes with top tier customer service and appliance knowledge you will not get at the box stores. Great place to do business with.
