Dr. James W. Manley, DO

Don't understand the 1 star reviews. I've been going to this office for probably 15 + years and have only ever had great, courteous and friendly experiences. The Doctors I recall seeing there have been Drs. Manley, Kane, and Kick, all of whom exhibited wonderful care and compassion. I'm so comfortable there, I just moved my 91 year old mother to the area, and have already enrolled her as a patient too. Maybe the bad rap has to do with the constantly changing insurance situations, which has been an issue with most of us through the years.

I have no problems with Dr. Manley or Dr. Kane or their Physician Assistants - Certified or their nursces or office staff in the time that I've been a patient or Dr. Manley.

Been with them for 20 years. They used to be good but now it’s a disaster. No modern way to communicate. Nobody ever picks up the phone. No portal. Not affiliated with either LVHN or st Luke. Very very badly organized. They should retire.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Been going to this practice for years and it has gone severely downhill within the last 5 or so. Hours and availability are terrible for anyone that has a regular job. Their response is to go to urgent care if you cant come in during their hours (which costs more). The etiquette of the front desk is snippy and rude. Dr. Manley and Lynn Phillips are very nice but the bedside manner of others is enough to ruin your experience. Find a different practice to go to because they don’t care. The medical business is a cash cow whether you’re happy or not.

Only saw him once over the past two years. The rest of the time I was seen by the physicians aid. Just an all around bad experience with the entire office. They never return your call and just act like they dont care about your concerns or needs. Find a different doctor and save yourself the time and money.

No more personal care, very poor bed side manners. Never again will I step foot inside again. All about money. Your just a number. Entire staff Rude, except for Maryann. Your foolish if you waste your time and money there.

If you're looking for a new doctor office I recommend passing on this one.
