I've been bringing my vehicles to Murante for 10 years now -- several cars and even a motorcycle once. In all that time, my cars and I have always been treated so well by Lou, Thomas and the whole staff.

Their courtesy shuttle has taken me to work a dozen times or more. They follow up on maintenance details with a call or text message letting me know about the work and costs before proceeding. They offer valuable suggestions on how I can time of my visits to efficiently cover a variety of concerns with my car as efficiently as possible, never "overselling" or trying to get me to commit to unnecessary or extra work -- just providing honest and exceptional mechanic service.

I recommend Murante's to all my friends and colleagues. They have always done right by me and often go above and beyond!!

I called due to my tire light coming on, but they were very busy. They said they could put air in my tire, but in there was anything wrong that I would need to come back.

A worker saw a nail in my tire when putting air in it. This very generous and kind worker volunteered to fix my tire.

Brough a 2012 ford fusion here that I was looking to purchase. Timothy was absolutely wonderful and KIND. During the pre purchase inspection they looked over multiple things over the course of almost two hours. They even offered to take me back home so I didn’t have to sit there and wait. I was taken back into the shop and they physically showed me the car and the one minor issue they found. Tim also made sure I understood exactly what he was saying when he was explaining details. On top of that he ran the car through databases to try to see if there had been any recalls on the car. Checked for pretty much everything, was happy to answer my questions and give solid advice. The whole report was printed and sent to me via text which further explained exactly what they looked over and even photos. Looking forward to bringing our cars back to this garage.

I’ve been a customer at Murante Auto for about four years now, we have a hybrid and a plug-in hybrid that we take there. We recently moved and tried a few other mechanics in our new county but no one compares to Murante’s meticulous and diligent work. We now make the drive of 45 minutes to Murante because they offer the best service by FAR.

I have been going to Murante for about 2 years now and I am very happy. It does seem that thier prices are just a bit higher than others but it is worth it. You pay for quality. I always get my car back same day unless planned otherwise and there are never any surprises financially. They even check in a few days later to see how the car is running. The staff are all very professional but also very friendly and this has been consistent. To any women who are looking for a place to go where you wont be taken advantage of mechanically/financially and you're not trying to have 10 smelly dudes ogle you, I definitely recommend.

Moved to the area and that meant leaving my great mechanic behind. After getting really screwed by another shop in the area, I found Murante. These guys ROCK! They're honest, the pricing is fair, the work is good, and always done in a timely fashion. They even shuttle me home so I don't wait in their shop for my car. I really feel like Lou, Thomas and the whole team at Murante take care of my car as if it belonged to their own family. Just a super shop, and I'm very grateful I found them!

It was very easy making an appointment, and everyone I talk to from the shop was extremely polite and friendly. Thomas was exceptional. Not only did he identify and resolve my issue, but he also taught me how to do some things myself. The price was so reasonable, and I will definitely be bringing my service to them again.

Lou and Thomas provided excellent, friendly service in an honest, fair and timely fashion. Necessary repairs, pricing and time needed to complete the job were clearly communicated up front, and the work was finished earlier than promised. Thomas, who agreed to take my car last minute, exceeded my expectations in making sure my 2003 Camry would be safe for my upcoming commute to Newark Airport, fixing a number of unexpected problems including a cracked tire that had been overlooked by a mechanic who had recently rotated my tires. As a first time customer, I could not have been more satisfied with the care I received! Thomas and crew went above and beyond the standard service normally received at other auto repair shops, taking the time to clearly explain the work required to fix my exhaust issue. I am happy to say that my car now runs better than it has in awhile. Without a doubt, Murante Auto Repair is the place I will return to for future auto service.
