FEDEX GROUND

I buy alot of stuff online and this FedEx hub has a customer pick up center. Great service and never had a damaged or lost item. I may also work here seasonally.

I had a package that was damaged in the shipping process, unfortunately original documents were part of the package and were lost since the package had to be repackaged. After going in person at my local FedEx location, I was impressed on the effort in helping me find these documents that were irreplaceable. I called Northampton and spoke with Amy who was very sweet and understanding, promised will look around and call me back. An hour later she calls me and tells me she has found my items just laying in a random box!! This was indeed a miracle, but the care I encountered with everyone at fedex and the human empathy, not just automated service, by far exceeded my expectations. If anything like this ever happens to you please call and speak to someone in person you will not be disappointed with their efforts!

My package was due today, January 12, 2024, by 8 pm it never arrived. Now it's telling me January 18,2024. The funny thing is that I paid for it to be delivered in 2 days.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the FedEx drivers that start their routes every morning at Approximately 8am on willowbrook road.
Every morning when driving my almost 3year old son to Daycare with his window down almost every single driver waves at my son and he gets so happy and excited, the smile on his face absolutely melts my heart.
I just wanted to say thank you for making his morning every morning !! ❤

First of all I was in the shipping business for over 38 years working in a private company. My experience covers both domestic and international shipments. Understanding the business I can understand all of your frustration. However, my recently received package sat for a few days I made 2 calles and my 130 lb. Package was delivered. That's pretty good for a Ground Service. Now on the other hand, the driver was not a happy camper. The package was received in perfect condition. So thank you FedEx.

It's not all bad

Large facility with friendly staff. Well kept property

Check in at Linehaul was seamless and surprisingly enough there was no long line. This location was so easy to drop and hook not like other locations where it was like a zoo to get around. The staff were also pleasant and helpful.

Great place to work. Benefits are great. Work is a little long and tiring but then again it is work. So you do earn your money at times. Hard work pays off it all depends on where you want to go.

I don't get all these negative comments by some people I work at this FedEx and the managers have been nothing but cool and very helpful great place to work at and if you can't handle it then don't work there don't bash the managers

I recommend FedEx for sensitive items, FedEx looks into their security very seriously, I am fortunate enough my job allows me to Transport FedEx commodity!

I work there. Not a bad ride to work. Right by the airport and the highway. Not a bad commute for someone looking for work in the valley.

I absolutely love working for FEDEX Ground . The Administration, Staff and employees & Driver's are very helpful and everyone work's together .

The guy there was so friendly they were so nice it was just a little difficult to find
