Worldwide stereo installed my entire wireless network and all television equipment in my new house. Ron Rumer is absolutely top notch to deal with!! During my house build he was the best contractor I dealt with throughout the entire build out of about 40 contractors! Cannot say enough good things, I highly recommend them!!!

Let me tell you about the day I walked into World Wide Stereo and walked out ready to host my own Super Bowl (minus the actual players and overpriced ads). Thanks to the wizardry of Ryan Rumer, I'm now the proud owner of a Sony OLED TV that made the Dallas Cowboys' defeat to the Packers look like an art film.

Ryan Rumer. This guy knows a lot about high-end electronics. I'm convinced he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. He's not just a salesman; he's like a walking, talking tech encyclopedia who actually makes sense. He guided me to the Sony OLED like a sage leading a pilgrim to the promised land of pixels. Not pushy, very professional. Cared about answering all of my questions and I really appreciated that about him.

And the TV? Let's just say watching the Cowboys get trounced in 4K was a spiritual experience. The clarity was intense; I could see the individual blades of grass bend in surrender. My living room has been turned into a mini-cinema, where every defeat of my least-favorite team is a visual feast.

But here's the kicker – Ryan didn't just sell me the TV; he had it delivered to my house - 4-hour delivery from the time that I ordered – you hear that Jeff Bezos? It's like I blinked, and there it was.

Great experience at WWS. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable with speakers across a very wide range of prices. You can walk in looking for $300 bookshelf speakers and they will let you listen to the $X0,000 set no questions asked other than what do you want to listen to and how loud. I've been very happy with my Focal Chorus 705 bookshelf speakers ($250).
A year later I reached out to Ryan again for details on the Focal Aria's on sale. I worked with him and compared Bowers & Wilkins to Focal Aria and Electra. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied before buying by carrying 70 lb speakers across the store to test the setup i was interested in. Ryan and all of the other staff that I met was great to work with and provided great feedback to help me reach a decision.

I purchased the Focal Aria 926's after Shawn recommended them to me during our conversation about my system and the best upgrade path for me. I got a great deal and the speakers arrived the next day (always a plus when you are waiting for something cool).

Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store. And a wide variety of Integrateds for demo. Yamaha, MCIntosh, Nad, Cambridge, Marantz when I visited. Decided to get a B&W after auditioning for 30 mins. Pretty impressed. Thanks Ryan and Tommy.

It's not often that I experience a business that performs so far beyond expectations that I'm truly amazed. WWS is such a place. I went there looking to update my audio system and ended up getting a real education in audio, meeting exceptional people doing what they're incredibly good at, and ending up with the sound I always dreamed of having. My new system was designed to meet all my needs, installed with degree of expertise and craftsmanship I never expected, and then topped with a level of support that showed some people are really willing to bend over backwards to deliver on promises and dreams.
The showroom staff of John Parry and Shawn Thome made my relatively small system seem important to them, as did the expertise of their installation techs Noah, Anthony and Kevin, who brought all the magic together in my home. They are all just what you want and deserve.....the best!

First time online shopper with WWS. Had a shipping exception occur for my order to no fault of WWS. Sometimes these things happen, and knew that it might take awhile to sort out, but eventually I would be taken care of. I was contacted quickly, and I already have a replacement on the way. Shawn is amazing.... im the worst customer in history when it comes to waiting to purchase. Shawn waited and updated my quotes multiple times. I never meet a sales rep that has that much patience. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in many years! Tommy was a true pleasure to work with! We arrived having little idea of what we wanted and with great warmth, extensive knowledge and quick understanding of our situation, Tommy showed us a variety of turntables, and speakers (they carry all the manufacturers in which we were interested) …guiding us to a set up we are very excited about and can’t wait to use! And we never once felt pressured. A true professional, he was extremely generous with his time, patience and awesome music, might I add! He shared a great deal of information about related topics such as vinyl tips, cleaning and even assisted us with another system we already had at home. I purchased an awesome stereo system and a new tv. Their support, delivery and communications all exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find great customer service. These guys deliver it . They also carry top notch products at competitive pricing.

What a great job World Wide completed for me. I had an old Elan whole house system that outlived its usefulness. World Wide came in and was able to use part of my old system and installed a new Sonos whole house sound option, that is truly exceptional. They were very thorough in scheduling my install and the technicians were extremely efficient and cut down on my projected install time.

I bought a Marantz SR6015 receiver from their Outlet Store. It was marked as their installers somehow scratched the case when they were at the customers house and the customer rejected it. They then had VERY detailed photos of the scratches. They did look pretty rough. But, since this was done on their end I figured I would trust them. I am glad I did. When the receiver arrived I unpackaged it and looked at the case. At first I thought they sent me another one. I didn't see the scratches like their photo showed. I could barely see them and had to hold the receiver in bright light to see anything. Very, very, honest of them the way they conducted the sale. I am very happy with my purchase.

Had a great experience with Mario P. purchasing a home theater set up. Mario was extremely knowledgeable: Zero pressure in buying or up selling anything . Everything just felt so right about my experience. Mario gave me his best pricing out the gate and the service was excellent. Install was top notch!! Extremely neat and clean. Couldn’t be happier.
