Fat Daddy's Deli

I've been meaning to give the place a great review for awhile. Their food is awesome and their customer service is unmatched! They always greet me when I come in and when I'm leaving. On top of that they have one of the best chicken cheesesteaks I've ever tasted. Definitely stop by if you're around the area.

First off the owner, i assume, was super friendly the morning i went in there off my Uber run...he made me a 6inch bacon egg n cheese on a small hoagie roll and a corned beef special for later ..both sandwiches were great especially the special! I will definitely return!!

Love this place. Excellent sandwiches and great staff. Save time, call in order. All you need in a delightful sandwich shop.

Awesome food with loads of flavor, great service, and welcoming Mom & Pop setting. I'm a travel nurse from LA and I just HAD to have a sandwich while in PA! Fat Daddy's knocked it out of the park. Sandwich was great, fresh bread like he baked it himself, and completely packed with flavor. I ordered crab cakes also to see if they would compare anything to what we had at home. They were delicious and stood on their own...vastly different from Louisiana's but awesome none the less! 100% in my book. Highly recommended.

Easy to miss, but straight magic. Among the best cheeseteaks I've had. Hoagie roll perfectly soft but held up to tender steak, onions, hot peppers, etc (not quite the works). Lightly cheesed. Perfect for eating off the car hood while waiting out traffic. Service was great. Again proving that local, independent spots are sacred.

Unfortunately, I overlooked this small deli too many months! I finally tried it out and will be back again and again! So far some of the friendliest service I've encountered while working in PA, food was hot and prepared as I requested perfectly! Wait was not long at all. Good variety of drinks and snacks to go along with your order.

I have been a truck driver in this area for years now. I have seen this place nearly everyday and today i finally decided to give it a chance. I am highly critical of all food establishments as you can see from my other reviews...
And im so glad i did....
The gentleman that owns the place is absurdly nice, hes so great and polite.
He seemed like he knows the locals well and they stop it on long trips from different places for a bite to eat.
I got a hoagie with corned beef, lettuce tomato mayo oil etc.
It was GREAT.

I am constantly at delis and places in and out all around Philadelphia area cause of my profession and this one tops all of the chain sandwhich shops in the area. AND DAMN CHEAPER TOO WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY AT ALL.

Everything was fresh and so tasteful. I even got the rice pudding and boy, was that MILES better than Primo hoagies.

Will enjoy coming back here again in my travels real soon!!!

It’s really a lovely place with friendly staff and quick service, for something so small and easy to pass by it didn’t disappoint! The prices were also very reasonable and meat was Fresh 🙂

İf you don't stop here, you don't love having a delicious cheesesteak. One of the best I've ever had. 100% coming back!

Just got the Buffalo chicken cheese steak . Wish I knew about them sooner . The bread softer than your pillow after a hard day's work . The sauce just the perfect combination of heat and amount ! Topped off wit the provolone they know what they are doing !! Go head and give it a try won't be disappointed!

Delicious Italian roast pork sandwiches! Super friendly staff and order was prepared quickly. We'll be back!

Was in the city 5 years ago for a security assignment. I ate two meals a day here for 13 days. Trying to find a reason to travel 800 miles for another cheesesteak. Hands down the best. Traveled the country and nothing comes close. Send me a cheesesteak my friends lol!!!

That is a cheese steak with the works. Great people making great food, these type of places truly represent the Philly steak culture and is worth a detour if you are in the area.

Best buffalo chicken cheesesteak in the world! I get extra side of blue cheese for dipping! You won’t be disappointed! Cooked perfectly.

Great place to grab a sandwich for lunch. Service so friendly and quick. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Love their hoagies and cheesesteaks.

I actually ate from there 2/10/2022 my boss brought everyone lunch. I thought free food is the best food, it just tastes so much better when you don't pay for it🤔 I have to be honest there cheesesteak and fries are so good. I had to go back the next day, so I did. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for good food.

OMG! I ordered a cheese steak with mustard, ketchup and sweet peppers and it was exactly that. It was great. The bread was really good and soft. The guy that made the sandwich was great as well the woman who took my order. Lovely people making tasty food. That's an excellent combination. They close at 4 PM so get there early around lunch time. They've been there for a while. It's a wonder the people that work there ain't fat.But you can get fat eating there. Compliment to the great food.

Great little take out restaurant that has extensive menu for everyone's tastes. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food delivery was good and fast.
