Cutco Kitchen Store

I purchased the whole set of knives with the block for my husband 15 years ago. He uses them daily and they NEVER rust! Excellent quality and we drop off the set to be sharpened annually. The store provides wonderful customer service.

I’ve been purchasing Cutco knives for the last 20 + years . I’ve given them to my children & at bridal showers ... I love that the company hires & allows young people to take responsibility in learning social & marketing skills !!! The products have never failed me in excellence. Their customer service reps are courteous & knowledgeable. They’ve replaced & sharpened my knives for free a few times . I can’t say enough about this company & I highly recommend them !!! Made in the USA 🇺🇸 👍🏼

My Cutco knives like new. My parrot beak was replaced. Free sharpening. Just had to visit the store for drop off and pick up. No hard sell.

All knives were resharpened and broken ones replaced. But someone took my pie cutter! 😔

New to me is the fact that Cutco now has retail stores where you can buy their knives, and drop off knives to be sharpened. Sharpening is free. Totally free.

This is a combination Cutco and Oreck store. The folks that work here are very helpful and knowledgeable about both products!

These knives no longer are made with the quality they once were. I accidentally threw out my shorter serated knife, which I loved, so bought a new one and the long one; I received the paring knife as a gift. Food sticks to the blades so that it needs to be scrubbed off with a Dobie over and over; the blades dry unevenly and always look bad, so i scrub them more, but they still look unclean even when they're clean; where the handle meets the blade, residue collects; the handles don't lie as flat as they should, especially on the paring knife. The blade of the long knife with a serated edge lacks sufficient stability to be useful on larger, hard vegetables--its purpose--so it's a useless knife unless used on something soft.

We bought these knives thinking we made a good solid purchase. They were good for about 6 months. The butchers and large chef knife started to rust. They do not hold an edge the scissors are dull pretty much after a few uses of cutting chicken.
Contacted Cutco about the performance and rusting issues. Customer service was poor. They did replace the butchers knife but not the chefs knife because of the rusting.
Overall it's a poor product. Save your money.

I had changed my mind about the knives right before they were shipped. So I contacted the representative that had sold them to me, and they told me that they told their manager and would give me a call to cancel my order. They never contacted me. I did this for 2 weeks, even after they arrived. I never opened them. I call their customer service and they told me that they would put in a cancel request & sent me a return label and I shipped it back. I got an email this morning, saying that the monthly payment is due in 3 days... even though I was told that they would put in a cancel request. Bogus company and shady.
