The Teller was nice and didn't have any problems.

The woman lied and told the manager I was being aggressive when I was not .
If you can’t handle a frustrated customer sitting down asking you not to play word salad. There is no hope for you folks at the bank.

He then walked out and watched me the whole time interact with a different banker. Totally racial.

I was sitting down and the lady helping me kept playing word salad with me to verify my account and I told her to cut it out. She was asking me about 5 different things that made no sense.

The lady behind her didn’t like that. I asked what she wanted me to verify because she was all over the place.

That’s the issue with people. No accountability and they get upset when they are challenged at their jobs. So oh no call the manager because she told me I was playing word salad. Oh, no it hurt my feelings lol.

There was no yelling or anything. People are too scared to handle an opinion, especially by a person of color.

News flash: we aren’t going anywhere, so learn how to cope.

As you see, there are other messed up reviews. It’s hot just me. They need to screen for mental health issues before hiring people.

He tried to stand there and intimidate me. If he would have placed his hands on me.

I kindly pulled him to the side after I made the deposit. I told him it wasn’t ok for them to talk negatively about me in the next room. I have ears. I can hear. I understood that interaction and it wasn’t ok.

He stood there like a little minded person and repeated it wasn’t me who said anything. If you needed to make a deposit, then ok.

Seek mental help is the only suggestion I can give.

Bank of America they do monthly maintenance even though I still get direct deposit. I called three times to to rectify this I was told by Madeline from East Norriton Bank to find another bank. Then Bank of America sits there and lets people take from your account and in one month I had to call about six times to reverse a transaction because people are taking money out of my account I would never Trust Bank of America ever again they take food out of my children's mouth and don't give a damn just as long as they eat

For something as simple as my spouse and I creating a joint account, with all other verifiable documents & licenses provided, including photos of my wife's J1 Visa, the manager at this bank declined the transaction because we didnt carry an original copy of my spouse's J1 Visa in addition as that is what she used originally to set up her bank account. Although an ssn/ead/license is more pertinent.

Moreover, we waited patiently for an hour with our 2 toddlers as we swapped in and out of the bank and the manager told my wife a photo of the visa would be acceptable, when I showed him a photo, he changed his mind and requested an original copy in paper instead! The U.S customs wasn't even this strict!

Bank of America made the process and transition from Canada very difficult for us to set up a joint account. We both had our U.S licenses and social security #'s and still got declined. The young lady Jasmine was very friendly and helpful but her manager made this experience very unpleasant.

We plan on canceling all our products and services and pursue a bank that is more reasonable and accommodating.

Tldr: BoA is not very welcoming for new comers!
