Buckley’s was great. They were very helpful helping us decide which carpet to choose. They didn’t push us to get more expensive carpet but helped us find the best for us and our price range. Dan was great installing the carpet. He was very friendly and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

Been there as long as I can remember

I had a very disappointing experience with Buckley's. I was disappointed because I thought it initially started out well, however did not end well.
I was looking to purchase and install a kitchen floor for a relative. I reside about three hours away, so I was looking to manage the project remotely. Buckley's performed a measurement of the space but failed to follow up with a quote in a timely manner. When I called to request the quote (weeks later), it took about 4 days for a returned call. Finally, I received a quote as a bottom line price. I did not receive the details on what that price included (materials, labor, square footage, etc). I requested a break-down of the charges which I would assume is standard practice in most businesses, they said they would mail it to me (no email / fax capability). Two weeks later, no mail. I followed up again, a few days later I received a phone call with the cost break down followed by the statement that they didn't want to perform the job. Apparently, I requested information they don't like to provide. Not a very professional business, nor accommodating to a customer. My entire experience took over 2.5 months, ending with "we don't want to do this job".
