I went to the Lansdale store to get two toilets they didn't have in the store, but they had them. In the Oaks store, I ordered them and went right over to get them. Everyone I dealt with in both locations were great and professional. Will go back anytime I need plumbing supplies. Highly recommend Ferguson.

Great place. I was having a hard time getting a freestanding bathtub at 2 other places. They were either damaged on delivery or got lost in transport.
I decided to go to Ferguson to look for one because I heard good things about the company,
Cassie took the time to look up tubs that met my specifications I needed for my newly renovated bathroom.
She sent me the links, answered my questions and it even came in earlier than expected.
The delivery driver was very patient as I looked it over with a “fine tooth comb”.
It was in perfect condition. I was very pleased,
I will go back there if I need anything else.

John was super helpful. Today I went in told get a replacement water heater that was under warranty. He immediately get the paperwork started, called Bradford white and asked me to get the manufacturer sticker off the unit and he have the replacement ready by the time I got back. All said and done with travel included, the whole process took less then an hour. Grade A customer service

Great customer service!! Very knowledgeable about all the things available. Highly recommend them when in need of anything plumbing fixtures. We picked out a kitchen sink, faucet and soap dispenser. They carry high quality products and I highly recommend them. Bathrooms, kitchens They have it all!!

I needed a capacitor and a condenser fan motor for my AC. They had both in stock and despite what other reviews said, they were cheaper then anything I could find online and I did not have to wait for it to be delivered. There were no prices on the shelf but when I asked they looked them up. I woke up to a warm house and go the unit running by lunch. Thanks Ferguson
