A great go-to for vegans! Apparently both owners are vegan, so the menu has more vegan-friendly versions of items than the majority of restaurants. And the food is really good. I've had a vegan burger before, and love their hummus, and today I tried a vegan cheesesteak hoagie that not only was super good but also I could only eat half of it and the fries (which are also really good...and you can get vegan ranch). It can be difficult to have conversation there, but that's my only complaint (and of course takeout is available).

It’s a bar so Amigo Dan was with me. This was a very good stop. They have grilled cheese and cheesesteak on the menu. I asked for grilled cheesesteak, the bartender said no problem but I have to charge you an extra $3. I said, no problem. He asked if we wanted tomato or bacon. We said yes to bacon. This was a very tasty grilled cheesesteak. This would score very high as a grilled cheese with steak. As a grilled cheese cheesesteak, I would have liked more cheese and meat but it was still good. The bacon added a nice flavor. The chef was working on a BarBQue - Bourbon sauce. He gave us a sample. It starts as a nice BBQ sauce and then the Bourbon smacks you in the face. I like Bourbon smacking me in the face! That’s going to be an amazing sandwich!

This has been our go to Friday night spot for over a decade. Friendly courteous staff. Awesome rotating tap selection. We usually get the nachos. They’re huge! Big enough to feed 2+!

I come here for the bee sting honey hot wings and they don’t disappoint. Aside from that you get what you expect at a bar. Nice local spot

It's just a nice comfortable place to go with great food and a variety of beer and cocktails. The staff is always friendly and provides great service.

Awesome craft beer selection! Food has always been great from finger foods to burgers. Everyone is welcoming and down to earth. Check it out!!

One of our favorite places. Our kids especially love it, and the staff treat us all like family. Great beers, awesome pub fare, and an amazing atmosphere.

Very sweet server and pretty fast service. Love their butter garlic fries, and their burgers smoking good. I love my mushrooms so I went with the mushroom Swiss. Definitely need to come back to try others.

I've always liked this place, it has a cool look and chill vibe. This visit I tried their impossible burger though, and it's pretty amazing. Because of this, I'm well on my way to becoming a regular!

Nice little bar with some pool tables and Guinness on Tap! Really enjoyed it.

For more than ten years, this has been our go-to Friday night location. nice and friendly staff. fantastic rotating tap options. Normally, we order the nachos. They're enormous! able to feed two or more!

Came here after we tried Lansdale Tavern which was horrible cause nobody served us after 20 mins of waiting at like 11:45am on a Saturday. So glad we came here because our waitress/bartender was amazing. We will only come to blue dog going forward. The food was amazing but even better the staff was welcoming and the best!!!

Ate here for Veterans Day. Staff were polite, and amazing. Will definitely eat here again.

Update from 2022. Still as good as ever, service was impeccable, kept my drinks full, and we're as attentive as ever.

Rob D and car are 2 of the best in the service industry. They’re on point when you’re empty and attentive to their customers I will continue give them my business as long as they are working!!!! Appreciate the service guys

True pub atmosphere: outstanding beer, ale, cider offerings as well as wine & great drinks. Excellent bar!! Food is fantastic - awesome wings (of course...it’s a pub!!) apps, meatloaf, burgers, hot roast beef sandwiches. It’s all good! Service is wonderful too. Many TV screen to check out w/ all sports. Love coming here on Friday nights after the work week is done.

Such a great and casual space! Great for a chill Friday night. They have a large selection on draft and I loved their ciders and wines. The menu selection is small but quality. BBQ wings were delicious.
