Over Five stars Service! I love this North Wales location and they are very professional and wonderful customer service!
I have been doing with variuos banks for many years however I have never encountered a more friendly and professional envoronment than the
North Wales location.

The customer service representative,
Ms. Song Kyung Ae, wishing her name on the desk is correct, ( I don't want to accuse other innocent teller ) is really rude. About
2 months ago, when I visited the place, she closed the door in front of me without any apologizes. It was 12 minutes before 4 pm.
I didn't say a word but tried to understand the situation she could have, so I came back home without my monthly allowance. But it was a very unpleasant experience. When a bank announced the business hours publically, it should be kept. Customers don't need to beg for services. It's customer's right to enjoy as long as they're all legitimate.

At the same token, let's talk about the right of bank to practice. It's totally understandable. I come to this bank every month to withdraw my monthly allowance. All other young tellers always greets me when I come to this bank. But this same customer service representative ( she always insist to serve me when she is in teller line !) always wants to see my identification card and to sign the withdrawal ticket in front of her( by the way, I sign the withdrawal ticket at home for time and security reason ). Other tellers never ask me them again once they checked my id and signature long-time ago. Neither other American banks did that on me. I think this customer representative really try to dog the old people of korean. Her rude attitude towards Korean old people must be eliminated. Service always overcomes the system. Do the system with smile! More Bank doesn't need her for success.
