Best place to get your vehicle fixed! I recently moved to the area and on my way to Pennsylvania, my car was involved in a small accident. I didn't know any body shops in the neighborhood, so I picked the one with the highest rating. I am so glad I went to Pro Team Collision at King of Prussia! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. They were very transparent with the whole process, keeping me updated via text. They even coordinated the rental car pick up and went out of their way to get my vehicle inspected and emission tested for PA vehicle registration. I would recommend this place to anyone!! The high ratings and reviews are all true!

I was heartbroken when my Jeep Wrangler was vandalized, but Pro Team Collision turned a distressing situation into an incredible experience. After finding them online and seeing their stellar ratings, and the fact that they are Jeep certified, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, their employee Adam went above and beyond to keep me informed as my car was repainted. He provided updates every few days, ensuring I was always in the loop.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My car looks fantastic, and just when I thought they couldn't impress me more, they took care of a separate issue on my car without charging me. My car's sunroof decided to rebel and get stuck wide open! The dealership, unfortunately, couldn't fix it, leaving me frustrated. Thankfully, I found Pro Team Collision. They responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment right away.

Adam at Pro Team Collision thoroughly examined the sunroof and presented me with clear options for repair. The best part!! The repair was completed within the promised timeframe and, amazingly, even came in under budget!

Pro team collision took the time to help me figure out the best option for my older car when I needed the bumper repaired and the parts weren’t readily available. Adam found a way to lower the overall cost of the repair, which was so helpful! Shannon was extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. They checked in frequently to let me know the status of my car.

After I had an incident with a deer, I was not sure what to expect since this was my first time having my car repaired in this manner. Pro Team Collision could not have been more helpful and professional. Josh was able to work around my schedule to provide an estimate and schedule my vehicle for repairs. Adam did a terrific job overseeing the entire repair process and I was updated with frequent texts which was very much appreciated. Shannon responded to my many e-mail inquiries very quickly and was instrumental in coordinating my repairs with the rental car company. Of course, Jackson, the sweetest dog who is also their mascot, was there to greet me for each visit and always made my day. When I picked-up my vehicle, which was ready a day early, I was blown away with how good the repairs looked and the marvelous job they did in cleaning my car (inside and out).

Kind & professional. Great job with the vehicle repair. I appreciated their honesty when the repair didn’t end up needing everything that was originally quoted. They could have charged me the full amount and I likely would have never known the difference. However, they were transparent allowing me to save some cash. I would 100% use them again.

Had a bad accident from a drunk driver and throughout the entire process Pro Team kept us informed and updated. Even through all the difficulties with our insurance company Pro Team worked with us to not have to pay anything but our deductible. The work was exceptional as the car looks literally brand new and we would 100% recommend to others!

Pro Team Collision was worth the trip from South Philadelphia because they are Acura Certified so I know my parts will be OEM. They were very helpful with all my questions, concerns and kepted me in the loop with text for each process they were doing with the car. My car was hit on the right back and scratched all on the right side from the front side panel all the way to the back door. You couldn’t even tell! They even cleaned my car before returning it to me. Looks just like the day I bought it!

After driving four different rentals for almost two months I was a little worried that I wasn’t going to love my car anymore.

Boy, was I wrong.

I can barely describe the feeling when I slid into the drivers seat…it was like putting on your favorite pair of jeans that you thought you lost.
Or brand new, soft, cushy socks and curling up in a big chair to relax.

I haven’t gone far yet, maybe ten miles, but so far, so good. Couldn’t go too fast on these KoP roads, but we had a quick little run up to 60 and she handled it just like she did when she was brand new.

The team kept me very well informed on their progress to repair my vehicle. The service was responsive and high quality. They even stayed a few minutes after hours so I could return my rental car and not get charged another day. And when I got my car back, it looked as good as new. Very friendly people!

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Scheduling was easy and work was completed on schedule and consistent with original estimate. They provided detailed updates on the status via text and email throughout the process. And most importantly, they did a great job with the repairs and our car looks fantastic!
