I don’t leave many reviews, but this time it’s a must. The whole crew there is extremely hospitable and welcoming. Ryan goes above and beyond to meet the needs of customers and that deserves to be recognized! Any issue he fixes and is EXTREMELY fair price wise. Whitemarsh Collision’s work is excellent and hard to come by. I would recommend them over and over again.

They did a fantastic job repairing the front bumper of my car. It took 3 days and they even cleaned out the interior. All for a very reasonable price. Other places said it would cost $1k more than what they said they could do it in. If you ever need a repair, this is the place to go.

Let’s just say, if you ever need your car repaired plus something extra and great customer service, this is the place to go! Nick was AMAZING throughout the whole process! Called me and updated me about any and everything. When I picked up my car, I was speechless. I know my car but Whitemarsh Collision cleaned my baby and did so much more, she was almost unrecognizable! For a wheel, rim and ball joint repair and came out pretty much new! They’ve certainly gained a new customer for life!! Fast and great service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I took my car to Whitemarsh Collision for a minor repair ( scrapes and scratches from being hit while it was parked). The car looks great! When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised that it was washed and the inside was also cleaned!

One year ago, I brought my car into this family owned business to fix a gap on my bumper. Because of that gap, my car would not be able to pass the state inspection. They fixed it quickly, and told me it is free. I was shocked. With my insisting, they charged me very little fee for that job.
Today, my car's check engine light is on, I bring my car to them to see what we can do. They helped me to run the diagnosis and confirmed the codes. They told me they do not work with transmission, but they called another local mechanic shop to refer me to there. Again, they did not charge me for anything.
They taught me how to re-understand the value of local small business. Local small business are great.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We primarily dealt with Nick, who was wonderful. He was patient, kind & explained everything in detail with us, as we had never dealt with having a car repaired after an accident before. They got the work done in a timely fashion, kept me updated throughout, and did an amazing job fixing the damage, to the point you can’t even tell it was in an accident. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I brought my car into this family owned business for a paint job estimate based on the many positive reviews. Nick evaluated the damage and provided honest feedback that a thorough paint job/repair would cost close to $1K. As an alternative, he offered to clean and touch up the damaged area at no cost. I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism and will not hesitate to recommend family and friends in the future.

I can not say enough about Whitemarsh auto - THEY ARE AMAZING. I have taken my car to them for body work, as well as inspection, and engine repair. The staff is courteous, polite, professional, and caring. They listen as if any issue discussed is their own. Services are somewhat limited because the shop does not do all the things that a comprehensive mechanic would do. But their knowledge is impressive, they give you HONEST feedback, and they are straightforward about the cost and time required for each job. The manager, Ryan, even stayed a few minutes past their closing time to help me out with a quick but emergent safety issue with my car. They have found a loyal customer in me

2009 Toyota Tacoma (dark green). Sits outsde, the clear coat on the hood started to oxidize and turn white. On rec of our mechanic , I took it to Whitemarsh Collision; got immediate quote by Nick, dropped truck off on the following Saturday morning. Truck was done by Tuesday, beautiful paint job at a very fair price. WC works to to keep you informed. Great place to get your vehicle repaired.

The team here is amazing and so friendly! I was working with Nick and Ryan for my repairs and they both were super friendly and nice regardless of my “stupid” questions. Nick was who I’ve been in contact with until the very end and he was so pleasant with each call. I even had to take it back to get some things touched up and gosh amazing crew each time. Nina was the front desk lady I believe and always greeted me with a smile!

This is a very professionally run repair shop. The communication with Ryan was outstanding every step of the way. My Alltrack was there for 2 weeks after a botched windshield replacement. I was kept in the loop about all relevant details. It was a unique situation which required my entire cabin being dismantled to replace the carpet, padding and firewall which had gotten soaked. I appreciated that they were very careful to put their most experienced guys on the repair to ensure everything got put back and connected properly. So far, so good. I highly recommend Whitemarsh Collision.

This is your “go-to” place for auto-body work. Over the years, I’ve had to utilize various auto-body shops, and this place is the tops, by far. Ryan has always been willing to work with me to find the best solution for the situation. They work easily with insurance companies, but will also help determine the best solution when out-of-pocket costs are in play. The work is always top notch and excellent.

I recently had my car repaired due to a collision. I am not from the area. Nina and Nick at Whitemarsh were extremely helpful at every stage of the repair from getting the car to them to completion. While an accident is never pleasant, Whitemarsh made the repair process as easy as possible.

This is my 3rd experience with Whitemarsh Collision, and I cannot say enough about this business. Unfortunately, I've been involved in two incidents where I was rear ended with decent damage and also one where my car was hit and run in the middle of the night with more extensive damage. Ryan at Whitemarsh and his team took care of me each time, making the process so seamless and smooth that practically the only inconvenience was taking the time to drive and get there. Each time, he helped walk me through the claim process and set up rental cars so they were there ahead of time for when I arrived and provided me with accurate updates on the timing of the parts arrivals and repair completion for my car. All three times, I received my car back looking better and more new than when I left it. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism, punctuality, and turning a high-stress event into what felt like a minor inconvenience when they were finished with my car

Great bunch of guys who work in the shop. I've been here a few times to get my car fixed after a collision and have always found the process to be easy: seamless transition into a rental vehicle, hassle free and generally the least stressful experience I have had from any other body shop I've been to. Oh! And now they have a mobile app which text you with updates on the progress of the repair of your vehicle. What a great idea!

Repeat customer here. They did an excellent job repairing my last vehicle a few years ago. I decided to go back to Whitemarsh again, even though the insurance carrier had their own “preferred” shop that they had me get a quote from.
