A really comfy space that has house made cocktails and a tap list of hyper local breweries.

A menu of fries pub grub type foods is available. The portion of fires is obscene and a meal in itself.
There was live music the night I came in. It was loud enough to sing along, but not so much you had to scream to have a conversation.

Only criticism is I think I asked more for a refill than I was offered a refill. Glass is empty next to a stack of cash. Let's make a trade!

Fantastic selection of locally brewed beers and distilled liquors. Small selection of happy hour drinks (1 each of wine, beer and vodka) available until 630pm. Beers and ciders on tap are reasonably priced, and they allow outside food. The merch was pricey ($28 for a t-shirt!), otherwise it would've been a great souvenir.

Local Tap makes some awesome fall cocktails with local spirits. Wendi & Jenna are fabulous bartenders. The Cosmo, Old Fashioned, and fall cocktails were delicious! Great time with the band tonight…Our Daily Rage was 🔥!

I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this place!! Theresa the owner always treats us like family, there’s an incredible rotating drinks list & there is always some local talent on!

Great atmosphere! We love to go check out the local bands that play there. I am personally not a big fan of the Pinot grigio that comes out of the tap, it has a little bit of a beer flavor, so the nights we go there I tend to switch over to drinks that are made with Boardroom vodka. We are also huge fans of the Giant soft pretzel on the menu ! 🥨☺

Been here a few times for drinks and have enjoyed each time. Great selection of beers. Good service. In the back they have shuffleboard and some other games. I have not had their food yet, but would definitely recommend if you want to grab some good brews.

Been here a few times. Went for a girls night recently after a movie. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice little band playing. My drink was phenomenal. The owner introduced herself and was so pleasant. What a great experience. Such a nice place to enjoy in Lansdale.

I absolutely love Local Tap! It's become our go-to spot after tennis matches with my buddy Rob Smith. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff always make us feel welcome. The selection of craft beers on tap is impressive, and the cocktails are top-notch. The bar snacks are perfect to curb our post-game hunger. It's the perfect place to unwind, chat, and celebrate our victories. We give Local Tap a solid 5 stars for being our favorite post-tennis hangout! Cheers! 🍻

Some folks have given this place bad ratings (all at the same time a couple months ago) because of their political beliefs only…Not anything to do with the food, drinks, service, etc. truth is this is a nice place with great drinks, decent food, good service and great atmosphere…plus, patrons are fun! It’s a good crowd.

Came here to check out the brews as we live nearby and were looking for a new Saturday spot. Great atmosphere, great selection, great food. Staff were welcoming and friendly, offered suggestions and engaged with us. Would definitely recommend!

Went there with my husband and we were both blown away by how amazing the food was. Even if you don't drink, I'd still go there for the food alone. Their Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are seriously addictive, and the Virgin Margarita was the best I ever had.

The Local Tap is a great place to get together with friends, family and fellow patriots. Don't be out off by the campaign of negative comments from those who have never been to the place. The Local Tap is the best public house of all time!!!

I once saw the bartender deliver a freaking baby on the bar! Paramedics were too slow but the staff at the Local Tap saved the day. Good people, good food, and a safe place to take your pregnant wife for a burger!

I absolutely love coming to this place after a rough day of playing tennis. They are awesome! Make sure to ask if Snarf Snarf O'bannion is working and if he is, ask him to sing his #1 itunes hit, Ceviche Life. Anyway, really great atmosphere, plenty of Vespa parking, and no looney troons!

Went with my girl great atmosphere and the staff I very knowledgeable about beers they made a few suggestions of beers we might like and they were spot on will definitely be going back and fleeces talks is the best new podcast of all time

If there's any place in Lansdale, I'd go back to every day, it'd be this place (good thing I live 3 mins away, or is it?). Everyone here rocks. Great beer, including their own and many local breweries on tap. Try the West Coast IPA. Awesome seasonal drinks and quarterly trivia events as well! Don't forget to check out the back room and outside seating area!
