We worked with Ari in the downtown NYC location and he was wonderful - had excellent design sense to help us choose items and fabrics that went with our existing materials / patterns. He was excellent with follow-up and was incredibly responsive over email as we finalized the order. Would highly recommend!

The second I walked into the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams store in Soho (NYC), I was immediately drawn into the beauty and sophistication of all the furniture offerings. The salesperson who helped me out James, couldn’t have been nicer or lovelier. I was looking for an at home office set-up and was specifically interested in the gorgeous Ella Desk, which is part of a special collaboration with the students from the art and design school SCAD down in Savannah. I love furniture with a story! With James’ help, he was able to set me up with a complimentary membership to their Comfort Club which allows me discount pricing to all the store items. In addition, they were running an extra 30% discount off promotion if I made a purchase this weekend too! I felt the stars aligning for me! Within no time, I decided on the Ella Desk, matching side file cabinet, 2-door storage console, and a swivel desk chair! I couldn’t have been a happier camper! I love doing one stop shopping! M + B has beautiful stuff and I look forward to purchasing from them again. I highly recommend you popping into this store!

Went into the store a few weeks ago. Mary was very helpful and responsive in-person. Had to think about a few things/details in the apartment. Emailed her early on a Monday morning. She promptly returned my email with info. I went back into the store and she was more than pleasant and accommodating. Had to think a little more and called her and arranged order. Everyone else who worked in store was helpful as well. It was a great shopping experience.

Wonderful experience at this location. Ari assisted me in selecting several items. He took his time and was a true professional. Very friendly, understanding of my requests and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this store because of the attentive staff and beautiful home furnishing displays.

It was a pleasure dealing with our sales person Eric. He was very knowledgeable & personable with a great sense of design. He helped with our sofa and fabric selection and his suggestions were spot on. We were provided with a clear written quote with material samples. Very efficient.
Finalizing the order was effortless. MG has quality pieces and the showroom has a nice selection. I highly recommend the product and process.

An excellent experience working with Andrew Dobbing. From start to follow up. He is very knowledgeable about the products, has a wonderful design sense, is very patient and left no stone unturned in helping me make the best purchase decision. Could not want for better customer service.

I keep returning to MGBW. It’s stylish, well made and design associates are very helpful. My sofa is 9 years old and I still love it. It’s the second time I’ve worked with Erik. We bought swivel chairs and new dining chairs last fall with his help and now we are back for a rug and lamp. He has a great eye and helped me choose great fabrics and combinations. He is patient as he has had to do a quote for me at least 4 times in a day as I changed my mind. Definitely recommend MGBW and Erik at the Soho showroom.

It has been a bit since I last purchased from my local Mitchell Gold Showroom in Manhattan... So when I phoned the main number and was greeted kindly, the sales representative recognized me by name and it was the very pleasant exchange that brought me right back to why I choose to shop at MG! Within only a brief conversation of what my needs were, my sales associate had all that was needed to place the phone order. Shortly after, the email of paperwork was sent and all signed and processed within minutes. Exactly as if no time had passed at all. That my friends is truly great service! I applaud the team the makes not only a wonderful product, but supports the efforts of interior designers, like myself, to provide service to the clients we all wish to please!

Recently I’ve worked with James McCaughey to design an office and a family room. He listened carefully to my concerns and presented great ideas that created lovely and functional rooms. I strongly recommend them!

Great store, fantastic Service. The wonderful Manuel was amazing to work with. He has a beautiful sense of style and also gave real solutions to help my new home come to life. It was an awesome pleasure and look forward to working with him and the great MG + BW staff in the future.

We ordered a king headboard and upholstered bed frame. Maryfe Mercado at the Soho Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams store helped us and we did it all by phone. This was wonderful because we knew exactly what we wanted but no longer have a residence in NYC. So it saved us a trip. We’d ordered the same item in a queen size about 6 years ago and the fabric we had was no longer available. So Maryfe is sending us LOTS of fabric swatches via express mail to find something similar. We exchanged many texts with photos of our bedroom and of the fabrics, etc to help get it right. Maryfe is delightful to work with which made an otherwise stressful process enjoyable. It’s worth noting though that it will take 18 weeks to get delivery-a function of supply chain problems I suppose. We understand.

I greatly appreciate working with Miguel at MGBW. He’s very patient and did a great job helping me find the right fabric for the couch that we are interested in buying. He really cares to help you find the best solution for your needs. I highly recommend working with Miguel.

My husband and I came in looking for a sofa that we could get in the shortest possible time. The salesperson honed right in on the style we wanted and quickly found us a range of options. He followed up immediately with a quote and all the information we needed to order. Excellent customer service!

I've purchased several items through MG+BW and have had really great experiences with their customer service. Whenever there have been issues, the customer service team has been great to work with and very helpful in rectifying the issues. The quality of their furniture is really high and I would absolutely recommend them as a furniture vendor.

Saw the sofa I wanted on Friday and brought my husband in on Saturday. James worked with me both days and we finalized the purchase.

We went to Mitchell and Gold to get some info on chairs. Miguel was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. With his guidance, we picked fabric and the right design elements to go with our soda. Because of this incredible level of service, we made the decision to buy the pieces on the spot. Excellent staff, great selections.

Excellent. No hard sell. Simply showed me all bar carts they had on the floor and gave me the details. It is a beautiful liquor cart. I am very pleased with the genial, professionalism of the two representatives I dealt with.

Great style and selection. Endless choices of fabrics and leather coverings for every piece. Andrew at the New York Signature Store on Lafayette (which has a two-level showroom) was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with when we purchased 6 dining room chairs, a king headboard, and office chair. I recommend checking out MGBW if you are looking for well-made and well-designed pieces.
