Had my Night Owl camera installed by the Geek Squad they were excellent!!!! Took the time to help me check my cameras. I don’t have WiFi. They placed them perfectly. As a senior I’m not tech savvy. Put they are and I can call them about any problem and they will help me!!! Priceless

All Best Buy’s I’ve been in have been good to me. Not saying all Best Buys are great. But here, there are good people working. They made it quick and pleasant.

Very nice, man showed me and compared all tablet prices, was very understanding towards my grandma she was sick at the time and it just happened to be everytime she was ready to speak she had to cough and he waited patiently and didnt say a word. We need more people like him.

Had to drive 40 minutes to this location to get a DJI Gimbal that no other Best Buy Seemed to have in stock. I am old school and still like going to a store and getting what I want. Anyway, did the curbside pickup and it worked great. Not sure who the girl was who was working, but she was super fast. No sooner I pressed the arrival button, she was there. Well done. I would use this location again, even if it is a 40 minute drive.

Wide selection of different items tvs, cameras, computers etc

I bought something for curbside pick up at the wrong store. The woman that helped me with black hair I don't know her name but she was very nice. She helped us very quickly and efficiently and got everything sorted out. This was a real life saver especially because this was a Christmas present. Great service so much thank you again.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable salesmen

Unfortunately I went to Best buy because I had bought a printer that was not compatible with my brand new computer so they said take it back and they replaced it with no questions asked and I received it today which was Tuesday two days later they shipped it to me thank you Best buy for best service ever. Not too crazy about The geek squad but the kids and and the people working at Best buy very nice. So I bought a printer that said 6 months of free ink now for me that means I'm writing a book if I need ink in 6 months then I should be getting my free ink I called the store and they told me that the 60 XL that was in the printer when I bought it should have lasted for 6 months now if that's true then that meant I could only print three or four pages a day for 6 months now I don't know anybody writing a book, or just doing general search I'm also doing my family background so I have to print out dozens of pages so this ain't only lasted several days call them they refuse to comply with the original contract. So my thing would be because they told me to call HP which is the maker of the printer be very careful what you buy and if you don't buy insurance like they want you to they're not going to comply to that contract that they gave you. As far as installing that printer they wanted $80 to come out and then it was so much an hour and this and that for their geek squad their geek squad didn't know any more than I did so I got a cable and hooked up the printer into my computer we're good and then I ordered a kit to refill that cartridge. Buyers beware with Best buy.

Purchased item that I could not find. They located it fast and loaded it my truck for me. Very personable people. Great experience all around.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with a local BB delivery this past weekend (no fault at all of this store). We felt going in person would give us better luck in resolving an issue we spent all day on the phone with BB reps over. Spoke with Kyle and he was incredibly helpful. He resolved our issue in no time and followed up with a call the next day. Really wish I though of going in sooner.

I had an issue with a laptop I ordered. But Ed in customer service \ geek squad went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I got a great deal I am very pleased. Highly recommend Best Buy especially for open boxes you can get awesome deals.
