Nick was amazing! I came in a little close to closing time but he was very accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to even find a shirt I really wanted in my size and informed me about the sales they had going on. Despite coming to the store late he did not rush me and was super helpful. Thank you so much for your help!

My sisters and I went here recently and we had the pleasure of meeting Corey before the shop closed. He was absolutely amazing and gave excellent customer service. He talked to us about some of our favorite shows, helped us find what we were looking for, and went above and beyond in countless ways. We really appreciated his kindness and have always found the staff here wonderful. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Sonya, Nick, Corey and Alyssa are the best management team ever. They’re so informative and easy to talk to. I would spend all my money here if I could. 10000% would recommend shipping here.

From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, The workers were extremely polite! They greeted me as soon as I walked :) They asked me if I needed help with anything? She also told me about the sales that were going on today. Shirts were buy 2 get one free.. Other deals were buy one get two free! They have a lot of groovy nostalgic accessories & clothing!

The staff is amazing and always goes out of their way to help. They also make sure you get the best deals.

I often jokingly refer to this location as the best Hot Topic ever, simply because it carries different things than my local ones. But at this point, it genuinely is the GREATEST Hot Topic I've ever been to. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful and the selection just makes me want to cry. As a plus sized person, having my size actually be carried in store is just wonderful.

I have been going to Hot Topic since I was in middle school and have always loved the store. This location in particular is our favorite! They always have awesome unique finds you won’t find at any Hot Topic in or around the area. I also shopped recently at one location closest to home and they didn’t give me Hot Cash when they had the promotion going on. I just told the staff at the Pocono store about it and no questions asked they handed me two Hot Cash coupons for the inconvenience. The staff were very pleasant and personal I also had the opportunity to meet the manager and she goes above and beyond for her staff and their customers. You can tell this store truly cares about the brand and its customers. Thank you for everything! You rock!!

Great little store with all kinds of crazy merch. They have a great selection of shirts for bands/anime/pop culture. Staff is always super friendly.

They are one of few locations with gacha Machi from Japan! Very cool with a whole variety of products across the store.

I loved it. My dad went there yesterday with me for a birthday gift and he kept looking at the cameras (purposely) so when we were ready to check out someone came out the back room and possibly passed a note to sales person #14137. While checking out we used a credit card and they checked for my father's ID which he really liked and hoped they did. You can assure that it is an amazing store and that I will be going there more often. Thank u for S. Kat she was a very nice sales person I highly recommend going there to shop.

Been going to Hot Topic since 2007.. I remember back when I used to go and get band shirts for Deathcore, Post-Hardcore, and Punk bands and grab me some of tightest skinny jeans I could fit into haha. Hot Topic has changed to a lot of anime and more modern stuff, and don't have any of the bands I used to(and still listen to) but that's okay with me, because I enjoy their catalog of what they have nowadays as well. Times change, places adapt, and Hot Topic has ALWAYS been the one place I can go to and still love all the newer stuff they add over the years. I 100% suggest to try out HT, if you never have before. There's a little bit of something for the whole family!

This is the largest Hot Topic I've ever been to. Huge selection of products and very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was definitely a positive experience and I'd prefer this store over any others inside of a mall.

Rachel is super friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Most importantly, she helps older customers like myself find exactly what the young people we are shopping for will appreciate. The store is organized yet interesting. It is always a fun experience and Rachel has the personality to bring the store to life.

I love this place sm. yes it’s a bit pricey but whatever bc their deals are pretty good. Staff is also really friendly n they greet me every time I walk in. Mega slay

Hot Topic in Tannersville is always very clean, well stocked, staff is always very nice and helpful, the store manager Rachel, is always so very nice she always makes you feel welcome and she is always willing to help you find something.In my opinion as a customer Rachel is the only reason I keep shopping at Hot Topic, She always makes you feel welcome and That's A Big Thing at least to me Thank You Mrs Denise Richards 😇💜
