I wish I had gotten the name of the sales associate that helped me, but talk about a breath of fresh air! I received the most wonderful customer service. She literally picked out my new winter coat and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Went there for first time today to return a bathing suit that I bought online. I was greeted pleasantly at the door then welcomed again very enthusiastically at the cash register. I forget her name but she was tall and blond and I think she was good at hiking. Anyway she processed my return quickly and even ordered me another suit online for the same discounted price I paid! And free shipping! It was a great experience.

The best customer service experience in a clothing store, hands down. I don’t often like going to a store like Lulu where the staff make you feel like you should be grateful just to enter the establishment. The staff at this Athleta location were lovely, helpful, and just kind. Not pushy at all, made for a delightful experience. I’ll be back for sure- thank you ladies!

This store and their employees are awesome. Cindy was very helpful with some returns and exchanges and made the process very smooth and helped me pick out some clothes that would be a good fit for me. She was honest and helpful- didn’t have a “salesy” experience I could tell it was genuine
