Have dealt with them for years. All the people who work there are ready to help. I would highly recommend that store.

Never really steered me wrong, always had a nice experience making payments and the costumer service is great and very helpful when you’ve maybe miss payed or any other issues iv had it’s all ways bin an easy and fast experience.

My wife and I went through a similar store to purchase a sofa about 5 years ago. They told us the couch was brand new and when we got to have there were cat scratches all over the back of it that they had hidden well at the store and they never did anything they said they were going to do. Now for Aaron's I went online and got pre-approved and didn't even go in the store just told them what I wanted and that's right when covid hit. They went above and beyond with contacting me and they gave me two free months because I had to wait 2 weeks to get my sofa because the entire store was sick with covid. I decided to go in and pay it off and they were the nicest people most courteous respectful and they went above and beyond for me. I give them five stars all day and I would recommend anyone that can't afford to buy something right out to go to Aaron's and not the competitors.
