Been buying our appliances here for 20 plus years. It’s great they expanded to the West end. Great sales and service. They will take the time and effort to make sure you’re getting what you want. They are competitive with the prices of the big retailers too.

I've been buying all my appliances here for many years. Jim is honest and his prices are great. If service is ever needed their great in that area also!

Bought a dehumidifier a few years ago works great. Bought an window ac unit last year it works fantastic. Last week my wife and I bought a washer and dryer. Great customer service great knowledge... I will be purchasing my next appliance at home town, especially if Jim is there. I have talked to him on the phone, and in the store over the past few years, he is the man.

Great customer service, I bought a refrigerator first, and then when we needed new washer, went there again, and Jim is very helpful and answers all our question So we end up buying a washer and dryer. We also bought an AC to replace our old one and we got a discount for being a repeat customer. So far we are happy with everything that we got from this place, price was very reasonable and delivery is quick and If you really need it you can also pick it up yourself. They take your old ones and dispose it for you.

Great experience!! Jim was so helpful in the store helping us out picking out a refrigerator for an awkward space and Dan and Logan were awesome with the install. Courteous, friendly, cleaned up when they left, Logan even helped my daughter find the water shut off that I forgot to do before they got here. We are huge supporters of local businesses, will not shop anywhere else for our appliances from now on. And just found out they service appliances too. Even better!!! Check them out!!! And I forgot, quick delivery and removed my old one, and the guys were nice enough to let me clean under and behind where the old one was while they brought in the new one. Explained everything before they left and asked if I had any questions before they left. Great experience!! And I love my new refrigerator 🥰

Bought a refrigerator here. The service was excellent. The delivery and setup went so well. Cleaned up all the wrappers and took away the old fridge.

Nice locally owned store with a large variety of appliances. Good extended warranty option and service what they sell, how nice! Good prices too.

We were new to the area and stopped in. We shopped around for a washer and dryer, Jim had the best price. We went back a year later to purchase a chimney hood, again best price. Jim is both friendly and very knowledgeable. Appliances in the future- Jim is our go to guy

Hometown had the best prices, best rebates, best service. I checked the prices at Home Depot, Lowes, Sears... I spent less buying all my kitchen appliances with Hometown. They also delivered when I wanted which the big stores won't do.

They have the best customer service . Never pressure you to buy something you don't need . Also prices are great and the salesman advised me of what had rebates and what was on sale 1St. Much better then being just a sale like in larger stores.
