You cannot get better value for your money if you’re looking for a place to rest your head while on a shopping trip, this is the PERFECT location! The beds are clean and comfortable; the room is clean and well-maintained. The staff is AMAZING, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast and parking are included. I don’t know how anyone could complain about this establishment, sure it's not a Luxury Hotel but would you expect it to be for the price they are charging? In my opinion, people need to manage their expectations, and for the price, this place exceeded all my expectations! I will be staying again.

We feel the Quality Inn is a good choice for its price. It meets our needs. Paul, the manager, is very accommodating. We booked 2 rooms and wish to have them close to each other but the 2 rooms are different type. Paul upgraded our 1 queen bed room to a suite so we can have the 2 rooms next to each other. Our door card was not working properly, we asked Paul to help us and he always checked and fixed the door card problem immediately. When we had our breakfast in the morning, the bread and bagel ran out. Paul was quick to refill them. Our overall experience was great! All the staff we encountered were friendly.

Great location, clean rooms pet friendly laundry on site front desk was very helpful actually pretty good breakfast highly recommend lots of restaurants in area I believe outlet mall close by highly recommend

I spent here for a weekend, The front desk was friendly and pleasant. Rooms are very clean comfortable and spacious.Bed is comfortable and clean.

When I arrived late last night my room was not up to expectations. I got up this morning and went down to the front desk and spoke to Lisa! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and everything was better. I highly recommend this hotel. Any mistakes they fix it right away. Lisa is amazing! Her professionalism and customer service is awesome. I will definitely stay here again because of her. Thank you so much again. :)

Came here on a trip with extended family, we stopped here for the night to get some rest. The staff were extremely nice and so were the amenities. The price was decent and the rooms were well updated. They accommodated for us on the same floor. Overall, it was a nice experience staying here and I'd do it again.

A hidden gem in the city. Room like art, breathtaking views, and staff's attention to detail is unparalleled.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. There was no hanging out front that made me feel uncomfortable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is the best stay I've had.

Excellent hotel with convenient location to the outlets, located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Manager/Owner Paul and the reception staff, they made our stay very welcoming, Paul is very sweet and such a pleasant person to deal with, we’ll be recommending all of our friends and family to come stay here.
Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

We are a loud family of 5 traveling through PA. There are staff shortages everywhere and the cleaning lady was so attentive to the needs of our family. They served us breakfast even though we were late for breakfast checked out 15 minutes late with no issues. The room was very clean. Always make sure to tip our workers. She went up and beyond because she just likes people and service. A very warming hotel expierence in February

Every employee at this hotel was amazing, very helpful and kind.

It is very apparent to me however that the company is not doing enough for the location. The place is kinda falling apart. Broken windows, old carpets, thin walls, etc.

Receptionist Ana made my check in so easy she just made my day. Anyone can go to this motel for her warm welcoming…… Thank You Quality Inn

Best hotel I've stayed at in PA. Honest, hard working owner. Very reliable house keeper/Maid. The rooms are super nice, clean and neat!, the bathroom is always stocked on towels, and wash rags. I love it! Never would I ever choose another place to stay again!

2 star? No if it had a larger name it would be 4 star. Front desk very friendly and even the maids coming down the hallway very friendly, even opened my room door , seeing my hands were full.Excellent customer service. Unexpected in this day and age. I WILL be back.

Safe, clean, friendly. The last hotel on the hotel row is worth the extra quarter mile. Simple breakfast, clean, bright lobby. Decent water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were super nice!!! But the best was the nice lady who checked me in!!! She was phenomenal!! I’m so mad I didn’t catch her name! But seriously she really nice super helpful friendly everything you look for in customer service. She definitely makes the hotel!
