What a great place to have my vehicle serviced! I do not own a European car, but they were able to fix the issue I was having with air leaking from my tire. Very informative, super friendly, and a quick turn around. I will definitely be back, this shop is tucked away from the main drag and feels like a best kept secret!

The Dougherty team did a major repair on my used Mercedes. I was very happy with the outcome, replacing the motor and getting the car back in great order. The price was fair, the work was quality, they made the process from start to finish less painful than expected. The car is running great and we are pleased with the results. Absolutely thrilled with Dougherty! This was my first experience with Dougherty after following them on social media for quite some time. Took my recently purchased 2001 Volvo S60 T5 manual in for a routine service and a solid once-over, and could not be happier. From the initial phone call where Bryan was excited about my car, to the actual work, I’m thrilled. Had them look at what I thought was a suspension issue, and when they concluded my car was fine, I was only charged for 1 hours worth of diagnostic work, despite them ordering in parts and spending a lot of time diving into my car. The honesty and thorough nature of their work is so very much appreciated, and I feel confident behind the wheel of my new-to-me car. 3/19/24: PA State Inspection for the 2015 ML350, all is good. Found the rear wiper blade rubber torn, they order replacement wiper blade, came in the next day. I stopped in and the technician replaced it in 3 minutes. Good job! Bryan and Ryan were great! The shop is clean!
7/12/24: Did PA a state inspection on y 2020 GLS450. All is good, Bryan and the tech Brandon were great! The shop is clean!

Recently had some suspension and brake work done by the team at Dougherty and couldn’t be happier. They will be my go-to from now on. Obviously, highly recommend them!

I have be taking our cars for about 2 year now to Dougherty Automotive Services in West Chester, PA, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Being an automotive enthusiast myself I’m very picky on where to have my cars serviced. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the repairs my cars needed in a way that was easy to understand. They have loner vehicles available which is great because I come out of my way to their shop, that’s how good they are. The service is always completed in a timely manner, with fair and competitive pricing. All our vehicles runs perfectly, and I have Dougherty Automotive Services to thank for that. If you're in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

After relocating in Chester County, I needed a shop to take all our household vehicles. Internet reviews and Facebook info helped me to narrow it down to Dougherty, then I met the staff, great people and outstanding customer service. The Porsche was already serviced and we will continue bringing the rest of the toys when the service time comes. Simply the best!

Having owned 8 Mercedes over 44 years and using several dealerships and independent service shops over that span of years, Dougherty's is simply the best! Thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, easy to schedule and truly pleasant to work with. Pricing seems about 10-20 % under the dealerships. Not exactly a bargain, but eminently fair.

As always, you guys did a great job on fixing my car. I appreciate how fast you get to the job when I call you for help. Absolutely great and friendly service.
