Very very disappointed in how I was treated at the pharmacy. I made a mistake in what type of test strips I needed for my glucose monitor. I asked if I could get the correct ones and, the woman working the counter practically scolded me telling me well we called you. Told her I’m sorry I made a mistake. She was rude and inconsiderate. The pharmacist couldn’t even come out of the back to consult for 2 seconds.
The woman working the counter also proceeded to tell my I could use only my LHVN health insurance at that pharmacy. I can use it anywhere. If I’m willing to pay the difference or it can be used at another LVHN
hospital. Just not a great experience will use the Muhlenberg campus facility from now on.
