Great customer service! The ladies working the counter were so friendly! I ordered a cold brew coffee and the barista was afraid she added to much cream. She asked me to taste it before leaving if I would taste it to make sure it was satisfactory!

Drive through line was backed up to the main road and the lobby was closed but Michelle was kind enough to bring my online order out to me! Awesome service. Very understandable about the line because the parking lot is very small and the access roads are tight and short.

Went through the drive thru tonight and I was impressed with how polite and efficient the staff were. Great team work. Management should be appreciative of the staff that was on duty tonight..they all got along great and did their jobs efficiently and their customer service skills were on point.

I love the iced coffee and everyone is so friendly. I've had a mix up a time or two but they're really kind and not annoyed if you tell them about it. I go there almost weekly, sometimes multiple times per week and I live 20 miles away.

Offers the most delicious sugar free iced coffee with caramel flavoring and cream! The employees are polite and never rude when I double check to make sure they didn't give me a drink with sugar in. I recommend this Dunkin and so do my kids. They love the donuts with sprinkles.

Although the line was long, it moved fast! Had a great brunch of bacon/egg/cheese wraps and a Coffee Cake muffin! Washed it down with a sweet and creamy hot chocolate! It made my day! YUMMMMMM

The care and respect that they show to their employees is phenomenal. Anyone that owns a business and has employees could learn a thing or two from the Dunkin Donuts near Walmart. The compassion that they showed for the young lady that passed and her family was so amazing. And that's an understatement. It literally makes me speechless. I will be a lifelong customer because of that. Thank you so very much for showing that there are still people out there that actually care about their employees. ❤

LOVE my Carmel Swirl Iced Coffee with cream & sugar! I also like the French Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee too!
Another favorite is the French Vanilla Coolatta!!!
Priced affordably AND their frozen coffee drinks are amazing too! I usually always grab one of these FAVS, I mentioned, on my way to work most days!
