Awesome, I have over 212,000 miles on my Chevy Colbolt and the transmission acted like it was done. So I figured I would take a last shot and change the fluid, and a young man suggested that I put in a quart of Lucas transmission fix it additive . So I did and it's hitting every gear now like a new one.

Typical Auto Zone, normal selection of items. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Even though they were very busy they took the time to install my new battery. I really appreciate the great customer service I had. Also I feel they went above and beyond helping the people I'm front of me find the part they needed. They didn't have it in stock in their store but called around and located it for the people and gave them directions.

I called the store and he came right over and gave me a jump.

I was at this particular AutoZone about a month ago. Lewistown had just turned to yellow when I needed brake pads and rotors. The staff, especially Kim, went out of their way to help. One thing I didn't like was the store manager. Why you ask? While I was standing there the phone started to ring, and it continued to ring, until he picked it up and then hung up on the customer. So rude and unprofessional. Otherwise the store was clean and the staff with a half baked manager, did their best!

I love this store is be in so much trouble if I was single cause I'd probly buy 1 of everything . So much better than any other auto parts store I've been at. Awesome!!! If it paid a little more I'd want to work there

Excellent customer service went up today to have a battery installed in my car gentlemen was fast and explained what cause the issue and had my car fixed in no time definitely would recommend if anyone ever needs a battery

The employee was new to the job.
He went out of his way to assist me and give me proper items and explained in detail how to replace the old air and cabin filter.
