When I say Mrs Josie go above and beyond for her customers is a under statement since I moved to Williamsport I've been getting balloons made from her because I always try to support small businesses but my son birthday party was on a day she was closed this year and I've been buying his balloons from her since my baby shower and she actually opened up the store to blow my son balloons up for his birthday on her day off

My first time in was today and the owner,Josie was so nice and helpful! She had everything I needed for a spaghetti dinner fundraiser and helped find things that would fit the theme and save money. She was so kind and I will definitely be back!

The lady that runs this place is the sweetest, nicest lady I have met in a long time that had a business!!! While me and my Godson were waiting for her to get the stuff we were picking up she gave him a balloon and you to have and play with while we waited 👍👍👍

Great place to go to for party supplies at discount prices. If they don't have what you need they can usually special order it with enough notice.
