My wife, young child and I visited the store on our way back to north Jersey. The manager Katie was very helpful with my wife who can take her time deciding between a product and with my little kid running all over the place. The staff was helpful and patient. At checkout Katie reminded us the store was running a BOGO half-off so I got a pair of the vapor shoes I had wanted for a long time. The store didn't have my preferred size, 9.5 so I grabbed a 10. Upon getting home I realized the 10 would never fit right. A few days later I called Katie and she helped me get the 9.5 exchanged through the mail. She was very helpful the entire time, that's great customer service and that's coming from someone that worked retail for many years. Thanks Katie - very happy with the 9.5s! Will definitely visit the store again.

My recent trip here was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The store had all the shoes in stock that I've been eyeing up online and the sale prices were excellent. The highlight of the store was the friendly and helpful staff they really are wonderful. I can't wait to visit this store again when I need new shoes!! I am now a Merrell fan for life!

Call the store before I got there. Asked if they had a particular item. They told me yes and they been set aside and I arrived an hour later. It was there and I purchased it no problem.
