IHOP

We arrived at IHOP on a Friday night around 6:45 and immediately thought the restaurant was preparing to close. We walked in and saw that only one table was occupied. The hostess/server assured us that the place was open for business, and that Friday nights are very quiet, unlike the mornings and the weekends...and the weekend mornings, where business is almost overwhelming.

Due to a lack of patrons, the service was prompt and quick. I ordered the Colorado omelette without the peppers and onions, which basically equated to a meat-lovers omelette, with sausage, bacon, ham, and cheese. The omelette was delicious; the eggs were light and fluffy and topped with sausage and cheese. Inside revealed even more meat, all of which was balanced throughout, unlike other restaurants that pile one type of meat next to another. The dish also came with a side of hash browns, which was cut in a large square and served on a separate plate. I found this very convenient, as the hash browns didn't crowd the omelette, but left enough space on the main plate if you choose to combine the eggs and potatoes.

The mushroom and spinach omelette was also enticing, with mushrooms, spinach, onions, diced tomatoes, and cheese atop the omelette, the consistency of which mirrored the other dish.

The menu consisted of burgers and main entrees, and, of course, pancakes, but we were in the mood for eggs. If you want a very quiet Friday night meal after a busy work week, IHOP is the perfect place to dine.

It was quiet, I was surprised we were the only ones there! It was a Monday night but there was only us for most of the time. Server was nice, half my French fries slid off my plate when she was bringing the food so she got me more.

Absolutely delicious and well prepared. Waitress was very nice, atmosphere was pleasant. Was surprised people actually working on Xmas day 🤷🤷🤷. Definitely recommend this place.

Good service. Food was served very fast, we didn’t wait more than 10 min to get the food. Everything was delicious and the waitress was very kind and friendly.

I'm not really sure what can be added to what is not already known. I - hop has a unique menu with many great options for breakfast or lunch type meals. They're waffles are absolutely delicious, light and fluffy with the perfect amount of crisp and fluffiness.

Their large sausage links are phenomenal. They are different from the regular smaller sausage. The eggs were done perfectly, over medium.

I do not know if this is a good or bad thing for their location, but it is hardly ever busy there, or at least never has been when I went. So no waiting !

I enjoyed very much everything I ordered as well as my dinner guests. Everyone was satisfied & went home with a full belly!

Our server was so kind & sweet. Very professional & attentive. We went on Sunday oct 8th around 6 pm. So if you see this miss server lady, thank you for being so great & taking care of us!

We go to ihop for special days and a family and always have such a great experience. We love that the menu changes so it seems like we always have something new to try. Also, the wait staff and manager are always super nice! They always take the time to talk to the kids which makes them feel like grown ups. 5 stars ⭐!

Unfortunately the hotel behind IHOP IN Wilkes-Barre had a fire. So IHOP ,downsized staff. But they were fast and their service was excellent never had a problem with any IHOP. Was an Owner Operator Trucker for 30 + years

They manager and team were super nice and helped fulfill every need I asked for food and service. A definitely nice quiet calm inviting atmosphere and I appreciate everything the team has done here. Great job guys!

The only thing was I thought it was cold in the restaurant. But it was my first time ever at an ihop it was very good.

Libni is so cute and she is such a patient and passionate person! The food is always good as it should be :) Highly recommend~

The Tbone was cooked perfect. It's been a year since I had been there. There was much improvement, it was clean, the service was fast, and the waitress was pleasant.

So well taken care of here. Service was fantastic, manager interacted with us multiple times to see how everything was. Chris was a rockstar waiter!!! 10/10!!

We went on a Wednesday morning at around 10 a. M., And we had to wait around 15 minutes to be seated. However, the service was quick after that and the food was delivered to our table within 10 minutes and it was hot and delicious. The prices are very reasonable. This location just opened up in July of 2018, so I would have blamed the longer lines on the IHOP just opening up in the area!

I went there with my family and we loved the food and service .Really impressive that they improved a lot from last time . So much cleaner and good service.

Don't know what the atmosphere is like but I ordered takeout and it was late. Didn't see no one there but me and my girlfriend. The food was on point. I had the chicken and waffles with hashbrowns. My girlfriend had some crazy looking omelet that she loved so much. The service was great. Dude was Super friendly with a good sense of humor.

The waitress was pleasant. The food was good. The cinnamon roll pancakes are rich. Glad it wasn't a stack lol but still good.

We waited a few mins but it was worth the wait food was hit and delicious was very clean, courtesy service

From out of town....stopped for breakfast....enjoyed the good and service. The new owner introduced himself and was very attentive.

We had great service. Had an all-male staff that was very polite and professional. I had a steak omelette that was out of this world. Pancakes were fantastic, as would be expected. Spend a little extra and get the strawberries and bananas on the pancakes!
