Smith’s New & Used Tires

Came here on Friday, 4/19/2024 for new tires. Staff was great, friendly, and very helpful. Smith’s really surpassed my expectations. Was able to leave with brand new A/T tires on my Navigator for a great price. Would highly recommend them.

Very fast and not expensive for a used tire. I had a Pierce The Veil concert in a few hours and popped my tire on the curb in front of my friends house and thankfully they were right around the corner. Bless you all!

The staff is friendly and quick, I watched them all work together to get the job done. I got used tires that look great with tread!!! Will recommend to anyone!!!

Absolutely best tire place in the area! Smiths is great but this location is the BEST! They are always quick but efficient, very polite, and very good at what they do. We always come here and recommend others to come here. Even if we aren’t able to purchase the tires directly from them, we still come to have our tires mounted by them. Wonderful place, great customer service, the owner is always super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Even after moving out of the area we still come down to WB specifically for Smiths on Main st. Thank you guys!

Yes they charge $40 for used tire but they give decent used tire. They make sure there is no leak and they don't make you wait around ..they are fast

First time buying used tires, but I thought the prices and service were great. Would recommend to others and visit again.

I was making a trip from VA to NY and got a low tire pressure alert 3 hours into the trip. We came here and got fast service. They went to plug the leak for $15 and found two issues with my tire and I needed a replacement. They had a used tire that fit my car and they had it replaced in under an hour for $75. I was amazed that they even had the right size in stock as I have always had to order them in the past. The crew looks tough but they were all polite, attentive and knowledgeable.

These guys went out of their way to make sure I got tires on my vehicle. My tire size is very rare and without pre ordering, hard to get. They made it happen!!! Highly recommend!!

I have been to the River St location a few times now and the great customer service and prices have always been consistent. As a woman, I feel like I am treated equally here and not being overcharged or given sub par products like other shops in the area. Whether I'm buying used or new, I'm not pressured either way although the prices for new really are fantastic! I'm always recommending them for great prices and outstanding service! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Very good experience. Pleasent on the phone, very helpful. Quoted me $160 on the phone for four tires, but offered an upgraded tire when I got there for only $200 total, mount, balance, and everything. The tires look brand new, very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Great first time experience! As soon as I pulled in there were employees ready to greet me and guide me as where I needed to go. I parked and immediately my car was getting service. Overall, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes; all without an appointment. I will be back and would recommend Smith's to others.

So my dad mentioned this place and we took a drive to get new tires. $530 for 4 new all terrain tires. They were extremely polite and we only waited 15 minutes before they were already done. Best place ever to get tires. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

These guys are phenomenal. Picked up a used set of tires for my 2010 VW GTI for $160. When the guy showed me the tires I was amazed how much tread life was left. How can these possible be used?? Outstanding, I'll be back with my next car for sure.

Went there again to grab a set of tires for the lady. Same phenomenal service. These guys are super quick to get you hooked up and out of there. I also had to grab a single tire to pass inspection and for 30 bucks I was on my way out the door.
