Cashiers and associates helped make my shopping experience a great one... thank you, Coles, for hiring competent associates who care about the customer experience.

A very tidy and convenient hardware store that has a large selection of just about anything you could need around the house. Staff is friendly and quick to help you load larger orders into your vehicle or to make arrangements to deliver to your home directly.

I love Cole's such interesting things in their store. I live about 45 minutes away but I do stop whenever I am in the area. It's worth the stop even if it's only to browse

I drive truck and needed a couple of pallets readjusted on my trailer. I called them and asked if they would help me out with their forklift. They did just that and willingly. They didn't even charge me for their time. If I lived locally, I'd be pretty devoted to these guys. Great people.

Today, September 28, 2021 around 11:00am I was at Coles in Muncy, PA. while I was in the store, it started raining pretty hard so I jokingly commented to one of the assistants that they had a good thing going, waiting for people to get inside than started the rain so we would all have to buy umbrellas or rain coats.
I went outside and was waiting for it to let up a bit before I headed for my truck when this same associate came with an umbrella and offered to walk me to my truck, which she did. This is customer service above and beyond. That young lady changed my entire outlook on the day.

The first Coles hardware store ever went into was in Milton PA now there's one in muncy PA and they still have good quality and I love the hardware store

Awesome place!! Wonderful Owners & Employees!! Baught a new BBQ grill there 2 weeks ago, & the Sweet Man that helped us couldn't be nicer & any more helpful!!! I will recommend this establishment for sure!

This is a new store with all the wonderful merchandise that Cole's in known for. The staff is friendly and it is nicely maintained.
The parking lot is a little weird but take it slowly.
Overall a great store.

I love this store. Super friendly and helpful staff. They have a very good selection of products. The store is always clean and displays are nice.

Great little store. Has just about anything you need for small jobs around the house. The staff are very freindly. Prices are comparable to lowes or home depot of just a little more but for convenience sake it's worth the little extra.

If we have trouble finding what we need, the staff is readily available to search for it! We visit at least once a week.

Great service very happy to help u love that they have those little things that u need to finish a project that u would never find at Lowe's an sometimes u have home improvement that's not easy an u have to think outside of the box these are great at helping u with what u might need to do 👍👍👍
