McDonald's

This is the first McDonald's in 10 years that deserved a 5 star rating. Denise acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. She was extremely nice she took our order. I was not pushed to a kiosk as others do. All of the food came out hot as it should but never does. The food was delivered to the table. We got our own drinks, which is fine. We witnessed an employee wiping down tables. Just a great experience.

We ordered through the drive-through and then went inside to use the bathroom. They were very clean, but I am a little curious as to why the one bathroom is a tiny room while the other is big and spacious. The Christmas tree was super cute with the little French fry box’s. I did like that there was hand sanitizer by the door on the way out. The food was gone before we even left the parking lot. A win for family night out.

It's McDonalds. I have always liked their burgers and fries. It's all a personal preference. The store was clean, and I was really surprised, used the app, and entered table number and they actually brought it to me. A couple other mcd's the person had to go around asking people cause they had no idea the table numbers.

Excellent customer service, fries were hot, burgers were good.

Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and taste great. The dining room provided a pleasant atmosphere. I felt like a valued guest and was recognized by name by the associates I interacted with.

Clean an best 🍟 around, just my opinion.

They really listen to me when i said i was allergic to something they made sure to make my order special nice friendly staff and very clean threw the whole place even the parking lot was not dirty it was a great break on a long days drive.

I eat here frequently. The manager, Tara, is awesome. Place is clean and well run.

The service is really fast and the girl on front counter is really nice she also bags the food really fast and the food quality was good.

Amazing staff, came after work (so i was in my scrubs from working at the hospital) and the lady at the 1st window thanked me for what I’m doing and was really nice and sweet. Not that it took that to make me wright a review but overall was so polite when I can only imagine how rude some customers can be to you guys. Keep up the great work! You guys are just as important as me during this pandemic and you would be surprised of the amount of patients that have told me they come to drive ins over going to grocery stores because of how many people are there. Again keep up the great work and thank you for making my day better than it was!

The staff has good days when everything runs as it should with purchases, but then days where the orders are really made incorrectly.

Management is exceptional we experienced a small snafu with my latte and both the manager and crew chief came over to apologize and offered a drink while waiting for it. The crew was very good at cleanliness and the layout of the new building is nice. Also the ability to customize the food orders are great also!

4/15/22 Update: I am not sure what has happened at this location in the past year or so, but the service has gone way downhill. I try to give most businesses some grace because COVID has definitely had an impact on just about everything. But in this instance, I feel that there are just somethings that they should have figured out by now.

We live about a 5-minute drive from this location, so it is super convenient for us to go here, especially when on our way to somewhere else. However, almost every time we go, we have something wrong with our order or have to wait an excessive amount of time for a pre-placed Pick-up Mobile Order. You would think that using this option would help, but our orders are almost always incorrect or the food is cold. We much rather drive out of our way to go to the Golden Strip location where the food is always hot and our orders are correct!
P.S. Pat no longer seems to work at this location. So, our one ray of sunshine visiting this location has gone. Many blessings go to her wherever she may be!

Pat, the lady who works in the Drive-Thru is quite honestly the best part of this McDonald's! Don't get me wrong, we love the fries, shakes & other specialties that come with a visit to the "Golden Arches." But do yourself a favor, stop by on a weekday and say, "Hi!" to Pat! I am sure she will brighten your day! :)

Just got home with our breakfast. Steak egg and cheese bagel and big breakfast ...it was so good and so fresh. We were amazed at the freshness considering it was so close to lunch. And of course met with a huge smile by my favorite seasoned lady at window 1. Great experience.

Great McDonald's! Efficient drive-thru, I use frequently & I have never had a problem with change or order or anything. Nice & clean inside. They do hand the tray without laying it down on the counter, which is annoying, but it is a rule. Management here is very good. All the staff are friendly and courteous.

Employees are very nice, and are also informative of any waits that may happen when ordering late at night. Personally, the wait is never an issue because the food always comes out fresh, warm, and yummy. The McCafe options here come out excellent for those who enjoy a good coffee.

Stopped in for burger and coke zero

Fantastic breakfast......only place in town to get a good meal at 6:30 in the morning. The lady that takes your order is so sweet and considerate. Its a real pleasure to stop and talk to her. Thanks

Service was good. Two lines for ordering (which helps) easy in and out of the parking lot. And no issues with my orders. Overall one of the nicer ones I've been to.
