Hampton Inn & Suites Grove City

Overall we had a great stay. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were all super friendly and inviting. Our breakfast was great with lots of selection. We also used the pool and exercise room which were nice. The only minor issues were the pool area could use some updating as the walls had a few chips and the chairs in the lounge area could use a clean from a few spills. Those minor issues didn't affect our experience at all and we had a great stay.

Highly recommend!! My husband and I stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff was so friendly, kind, and overall helpful. Breakfast felt like you were in a restaurant. They keep everything cleaned. The room we stayed at was very clean! We felt safe the whole time we were there. The pool areas was cleaned and checked on all the time. I would stay again!

This is a perfect location if you’re looking to go shopping at the grove city outlets. You’re so close about 3-4 min away! Rooms are a little outdated but very very comfy beds so who cares ;) We had such a pleasure dealing with Jamie. She was everything you need in a front desk agent. Such a kind and helpful person in every question or concern we had during our stay. She went above and beyond for us.next I would like to give a special shout out to miss Dottie the breakfast lady. She was an absolute angel. She always went about and beyond for us whether it was just chatting with us at breakfast WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER We also loved missy our housekeeper. She was such a kind hearted woman and aided us in anything we needed during our few days here. Lindsay and Emma was also sweet and helped us at the front desk. Having breakfast included is always a perk! And they have a pool and hot tub. Great location! Anytime we come to the outlets we stay here!

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and tend to stay at Hampton Inns. As far as low-to-mid budget hotels go, this one is pretty good.

The rooms are clean and my stay was quiet... no outside noise disturbed my sleep.

The staff here is friendly and breakfast was typical continental fare. Standard waffles, oatmeal, juice kind of stuff. Not fantastic but not terrible either.

This most recent trip was my second stay at this hotel. It was good both times and means I'll return again soon.

It's not often that you travel from home and meet such amazing people. Karen and the hubby felt at home for the two weeks we spent there. From Lindsay at the front desk, to Dottie in the kitchen, even Sharon and the ladies in sales. They are the most stellar group I've met in a long time. And I truly appreciate and love this place!

If it weren't for Lindsay my hubby would go closer to his assigned jobs!

This hotel provided everything we needed for our weekend getaway. It was our second time staying and certainly not the last! There was a pool, hot tub, gym, and free breakfast with loads of options. Our room was very clean and had a pull out sofa and 2 queen beds. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is amazing, since there is everything within 5 minutes of the hotel. Overall, we will definitely return!

Amazing hotel, very clean, nice rooms and the atmosphere was wonderful. Staff was very courteous, polite and friendly. The morning breakfasts were great with plenty to eat. Definitely a great hotel to stay at.

Great job with the car chargers. Very handy and working well. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other EV drivers! Don't know why more hotels don't offer the same.

Wow oh wow oh wow…..let me tell you…. Them GREEN BEANS are elite. Chicken ight, salt cookie pretty good, bread it hits, but them GREEN BEANS are lushly sweet and buttery with plentiful flavor ..A must try

Clean, quiet hotel, with the standard Hampton Inn breakfast. Room was nice.

I would definitely stay here again! The service was excellent everyone was so kind. I loved that they had a store down by the desk for drinks and snacks. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I did have to wait awhile for the shower to get warm which is the only reason I'm doing 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great stay. The prices are reasonable. Great breakfast. Comfortable, attractive rooms. Good TV and Internet. We would gladly stay again.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Up-to-date. Disappointed by the massive gap under the door but a towel solves the problem of hearing all the hallway traffic.

This hotel was amazing, other than a few hiccups with our resvaration, which were due to third party booking ,which the hotel staff cleared up for us right away with no problem. The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job maintaining the rooms, which is a hard job which people seem to overlook. The pool and hot tub were nice and also well maintained. The hotel was very busy Saturday night so the pool was filled with lots of kids ,but Sunday night was able to really enjoy the peace of the hot tub. There was a great hot breakfast buffet with many many options, and free hot coffee 24 hours a day, free cold water 24 hours a day. A great sweet shoppe and wonderful service. Cant say enough about the friendly service we experienced from everyone we met on our trip. Next time were in Grove City will Definitely stay here again!!!!! Thank you for making this a wonderful staff!

Very clean and friendly. In a good location for Expo center and shopping.

Top Notch Hampton! Many Hamptons don't do anything for Gold Members- This one had nice perks and beyond that was So friendly. VERY HELPFUL STAFF! All shifts! The night shift guy was great making sure we had fresh hot beverages at 4am upon departure! I was worried when I saw an old warning from 2018. Don't worry! It's wonderful and extremely clean!

Sheetz before you arrive. BYOB food! Big parking lot, trailered motorcycle. Simeon at front desk knows a lot about area too!

Only issued showed up to elevator being serviced. Short term downtime. Carried our luggage up 1 flight of stairs. No big deal for one night. Usually stay here when in area. Good breakfast and they decorate the lobby for occasions!

No complaints from me, this is an older Hampton Inn but just as nice as many newer ones I have stayed in. No problem with the room, the service was really good and the location is close to anything in Grove City

Had a great one night stay here! Excellent breakfast, all staff was friendly and greeted you as seen. We got a Jacuzzi room. It was very clean, roomy, updated, decorated well. Only downside was that our Jacuzzi jets didn't work. We did tell the front desk and they compensated us for the broken jets. That was a bummer for sure. We did hear some noises from other Jacuzzi rooms next to us and that was a little annoying during the night. We could hear the water being turned on and off, and the jets being used. But overall, great time. Our toddler loved the pool!
