Panda Chinese

We have been using this place for years and always found the food to be tasty. They always open, never mess up an order the portions are impressive. The location isn't in the best part of town which I assume is why you need to buzzed in now. Either way, we will keep coming back for takeout

Ordered beef egg foo young, general tso's, wonton soup, egg rolls, and cheesy wonton. Everything was excellent, fresh, and hot. Service was very friendly, and even got a complimentary canned soda with our order. First time trying this place, and will definitely be back again.

I love the cheesesteak eggroll, and the shrimp fried rice!!!

Got 4 combo meals. Great tast. The egg rolls were crunchy. Good buy. Each combo can serve 2.

I just had some food delivered from here and tried it for the first time. Honestly very polite at receiving my order about 20 minutes before closing and I ordered two dinners for delivery. Well the interaction so far was polite and pleased to help. I then received my food with in a decent time and received it from the driver who was being very kind and considerate how I mean. A friend and I then proceeded to get our food out and try it and were even sharing a little of each other's food so we can try the other types of food as well. The food was amazing and not just one,but both dinners.

Great fried rice and sweet and sour chicken but the best deals are at lunch time.

Although pickings are admittedly slim in Willpo, this is the best Chinese-American restaurant I have found in the area. You can dine in, but you would be better off getting delivery or take out as the dining area is sparse. I enjoy their sesame chicken, which has more of a spicy bite to it than most places. Prices are very good, so it is great for those of us on a budget. The restaurant is well worth trying.

Very good food! There isn't a menu item that hasn't been great! I have enjoyed their food for over 5 years and they have been consistently great each and every time I order.

Let me start off by stating that this is undoubtedly the best (When Fresh) Chinese Delivery you will get inside of their 5-mile radius food delivery area. I've tried several menu items, (The typicals: Tso's, Orange, Meins, Moo Goos, and of course Sesame) and they are all just as good as the next. Made by actual Asian-Americans.. You can walk in the front door of the store and see their kitchen as it is right there in front of you. Secondly, I'd like to say that I used their online ordering service for the first time this evening and it was a pleasure. Simple and easy to use, they take credit cards online. And have a cash option. They charge $1 for the delivery fee, and the drivers may or may not have a hard time finding the place. But they change so often, who wouldn't? I requested fresh rice, the egg drop/Wonton mix, and extra crispy noodles, in the comment section before I finished ordering. Came just as requested. All in an all, this is my first choice for some solid Chinese Delivery.

The best General Tso's Chicken I have had... Very fast delivery, chicken still crispy on the outside and hot n juicy in the middle, clean convenient reusable containers as well (believe microwavable too.. the containers).

This has to be the hands down the best Chinese takeout restaurant in Williamsport Pennsylvania! The prices are very competitive within the area and the food has an unbeatable taste. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Chinese food in the area!

I used to eat here EVERY SINGLE DAY when I was 14 now I’m 18 & STILL EAT THEIR UNTIL THIS DAY 🙏 , there the best Chinese restaurant in Williamsport & they open late-nights at 11 o clock
