This is one of the best UPS stores I've ever visited. The store itself is nothing special but the staff are extraordinary! They are cheerful, friendly, and never fail to be singing and smiling. What a pleasure to go in somewhere with employees who take such pride in customer service.

Jeff has exceptional customer service skills! I love coming to this store just to see the smile on Jeff’s face, and for him to ask about my day. Jeff and his co workers sure know how to be happy and respectful! I wish every business could have workers like this. Always super smooth no issue transactions with this place. I will always be going out of my way to come to this store

Gabe spent the time helping me understand the best fit for our growing small business. It has been really challenging and intimidating trying to figure out how to launch a shipping component to our business, and Gabe not only made it easy for me, but helped me to understand the process. This is without a doubt the most critical complement — my customers’ satisfaction and because of Gabe, we will hit that metric.

Gabe (Manager) is amazing! What an excellent attitude! I entered 3 mins before closing and he had to enter all the address, phone number and more stuff. He made me feel welcomed, few laughs, and got the job done. Definitely more than five stars (P.S. I have been here a few times now and each time it has been a good experience)!

They were very helpful and told me don't worry they will take care of everything they boxed it for me. I was in and out under five min. Great service.

This is the nicest and most efficient UPS Store I have ever been in. The employees are so polite I swear they own the place and maybe they do. They're open a little later than the other ones so it makes it very convenient so I would highly recommend this UPS Store in Edwardsville.they were really busy when I got here toward closing but they still treated everybody individually and very nicely and nobody felt rushed. Even the local Law Enforcement Officers go here to drop off their stuff

The 3 men who work there. Are absolutely fabulous. I am horrible with names but these 3 men at this store in Edwardsville pa. Are extremely nice, helpful, pleasant, curtious, knowledge, funny, plesent, and I can not say how much I appreciate their help. They are amazing.

Out of all the UPS stores I have ever encountered, ending someone who ships tons of items out a month. I can say that this is hands-down, one of the best around. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Always have a smile on their face. Great people.

Exemplary service! I’ve used this UPS store for many returns over the past few years. Always a seamless transaction. However, I’ve had some interactions in recent months that I felt it was time to write a much deserved good review. I admit I did not take notice of the gentleman’s name, but the last several times I’ve been there I have had the pleasure of being assisted by a specific employee who just defines what great customer service is. Honestly, one of the most courteous and professional individuals I have ever dealt with, period! Always, polite, helpful, happy, and knowledgeable. Never had any issues with shipping and feel confident dropping my packages there. Thank you, I will continue to use this UPS store in the future.

This is the second time I’m here. It‘s friendly and very good service.

These guys are soooo professional even while being inundated with questions and people's need for services. They helped me to scan and email something that needed to be sent as a PDF (which I didn't even understand how to begin to do!) They helped me with things I needed notarized,with packaging, I had things in the wrong package tobe shipped internationally- and they directed me how to wrap it correctly and picked out all of the right envelopes for me, they were kind enough to even help me reseal my package. EXCELLENT, excellent customer service; I would go out of my way to get to this UPS just because of these kind and helpful gentlemen.

They helped me so much because I couldn't see out of my glasses and did everything for me. It was a very friendly environment.
