I really can’t say enough about King’s jewelry and the help we received when choosing my wedding band. I was already somewhat sold on a band at another family jewelers and happened to walk into the Shenango Valley Mall Kings location and found the most beautiful jacket to accent my engagement ring with the help of Carrie who has an amazing eye for jewelry. Thank you so much for helping me find something I will love for a lifetime.

We appreciate Kings Jewelers - it is nice to have a place to buy quality jewelry and also the maintenance/upkeep of purchased jewelry to ensure the integrity of purchased pieces is kept. Example would be my husband purchased me a beautiful ring. I am able to take my ring in and have it cleaned and examined for any potential problems. I have never had an issue with any of rings and so thankful for the quality of their products. I have been purchasing many pieces over the years and the same staff have been there all those years and knows my likes and dislikes. This personal connection is a rarity in this day and age. I purchased an engagement ring here last summer and I just want to say the ladies here were amazing ! I went from store to store looking for the perfect ring even got told why is she so picky by the jewelry store across the street because it was important to me to get “the ring” when I entered your store I was instantly greeted by a friendly face and couldn’t have had better help your workers were the only employees in all the stores I checked who didn’t complain about me looking at multiple rings and wanting to get my now fiancée the perfect ring and since the love of my life never got the chance to meet my deceased loved ones I wanted to use some coins from there coin collections in the transaction so they were part of not just my story but are story nothing big $1 coin a few old silver quarters but this jewelry store was the only shop I found that didn’t roll their eyes at this request they actually smiled and told me they loved the idea that meant the world to me if your looking for the ring and you want some kind understanding good people i can’t recommend these people or this place enough we will definitely be back for the wedding rings

My shopping experience at King's was exceptional. I was looking for charms to add to a bracelet, that was gifted to me for my 16th birthday, 58 years ago. I wanted to pass it on to my great-granddaughter, Bella, for her 16th birthday. The gentleman that assisted me, took the time to help with purchasing a couple new charms. He then removed, reset all the charms and cleaned the bracelet, so it looked new. My shopping experience with the sales clerk (sorry, I didn't get his name)was more than I ever expected. Needless to say, my granddaughter loved the bracelet. Hopefully, she will continue the tradition.

Very professional. Have shopped here for over 40 years. My thoughts and ideas were not dismissed. Family heirlooms are being turned into a beautiful piece that I can enjoy everyday instead of being placed in a drawer for safe keeping. Carrie took my ideas seriously. Very happy with my service and will highly recommend.

My husband and I have used King's Jewelry, Shenango Valley for 20+ years. They never disappoint. Nice selection, very accommodating with special orders, fair prices and outstanding customer service. My husband always worked with Carrie. Since he died I have dealt with both Carrie and Sarah. I can't say enough good things about them! Too bad I can only give them 5 stars!

Absolutely love King's! I have several items from King's including a Mother's ring, my wedding set and 6 gold dipped roses! Everybody there is amazing too. I would definitely recommend. 😊

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Went in to buy earrings for my 10 year old daughter's first piercing. Even though they do not do piercings themselves, they helped us pick out a good starter pair and offered advice for her care and treatment. Never felt like we were being sold anything, they just wanted to help us find what we wanted to buy.

Moved to the area a year ago and was in search of a new jewelry store. Have been in twice now for both repairs and new purchases and have been so pleased with the service! The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and the prices are more than fair. Will recommend King's Jewelry to all my friends and family in the local community!

This has always been my favorite Kings store. It's in Hermitage, PA and I live in Youngstown, OH. They take care of anything I've needed. They do it reasonably.

Had some jewelry checked and cleaned which went well; while there did some browsing, too. Customer service was very accommodating by showing me desired items without being pushy. Nice store with beautiful jewelry and helpful employees.

Ask fo Sarah Johnson...she's wonderful. We only spent 13.00 on a watchband repair and small purchase. She still treated us as if we were making a large purchase....very nice.

Amanda and Carrie are great! Always great you with a smile, answer your questions, and help you with everything you want to look at. There is no pressure to purchase but the quality of the jewelry makes it hard to leave without something. The only place we shop at for our jewelry.

I have shopped at the Kings Jewelry Store in Heritage, for many years. I was amazed at how fast they repaired my watch and changed the batteries in a few other watches. Carrie is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I especially like that the jeweler is on site.
