Great service!!!! Took my car in due to an accident. The moment I called Bobs it was smooth sailing! Fred kept me informed every step ! It was done super fast, and the work is beautiful 🤩 I would highly recommend this place to anyone and now it’s going to be my go to for any of my car needs .

Every time I bring my vehicle in for service/repairs the job gets done right. Fred, Mark, and Tim will see any job through and the best guys are on it! Prices are reasonable and they will only repair anything needed. No phantom repairs here.

I'm giving Bob's Auto 5 stars because they came and got our car when the other places we called would not even answer their phone or return our call. Considering the shape our car was in, they got it back on the road for us. Yes, it was a bit costly, but then car parts aren't cheap anywhere you go. They did everything they could to find parts we needed for our Audi at a reasonable price...but parts for Audi's don't come cheap...not even older models like ours. So far I am very satisfied with their service. :)

I will only take my vehicle to Bob's. The most honest place you can go to. Reasonable prices and great work. I referred my daughter and my friend to go there also. Just wish he had a motorcycle inspection also. I would be taking that there too.

Outstanding service and a classy business professional. I ran over some debris on I81 and damaged the bottom of my car. I randomly went to Bob's Auto Center and Fred help me out right away. He immediately put the car on a lift and looked at the damage. Fixed the damage and got me on my way. He did not charge me anything for the service that took about an hour of his time. Fred is a fair and honest business owner. He will even show you the bad parts he replaced! How often do you get that kind of honesty? A real hidden gem of auto repair.

Bob was Great. Took my Town Car in for hesitation problems and Bob suggested a possible solution, and he was right on the money. After all the you tube videos and blogs I viewed, he knew exactly where I should begin. I've had other work done there on another car and that was repaired properly and wasn't costly. Will continue to have repairs done at Bobs Auto.
