Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went out to Applebees at this location and got the Dollarita drinks - I got strawberry and got a few and they were so good. Well worth $1.50 for it. We also got appetizers. Very nice location, good service. We will be back I am sure.

Wife and I went here to get the 14.99 per person, all you can eat riblets, boneless wings, and shrimp. Food was good and tasty, but not great. (wings had too much fried coating for me and coleslaw was weak) Victoria our waitress was great!, she was very knowledgeable about the food and attentive to our refills. Non happy hour beers are quite expensive, we drank water. Hadn't been here for several years, It was a very good deal, an enjoyable experience and I would go back.

Ok, so I placed an order via the app, and I figured the food would be as it is at ever place. good, but standard. boy, was I wrong. the steak was AMAZING, the service was with a smile, and even when I called to tell the manager how fantastic everything was, he made the experience that much better!

I will ABSOLUTELY be back, and telling everyone to come here, to this place!

Whether you are a local or passing through, if you are near this Applebees, I highly recommend stopping here. The service alone is worth it. After making a trip to this location on the way to Milwaukee, we accidentally forgot our wallet and didn’t realize until we were too far to turn around. I called the store and spoke with the manager Shon Orwig who went above and beyond to help in a time of crisis. He shipped the wallet back (at our request) and kept in touch every step of the way. His kindness and willingness to help with no conditions other than to show there are still honest people willing to lend a hand in need, will never be forgotten. We received the wallet back in tact. Shon and staff, thank you so much! We will be coming back here on our next trip!

My mom and I want here for her mother's day dinner. The food was hot when it got to the table. The customer service was absolutely wonderful as well. It was kind of busy for mother's day.

It was very good service waitress was very good she came around a few times to make sure our drinks with school I'd recommend anybody to go there

The lady working in to go today was kind and gave wonderful customer service even through the crazy rain and wind when she brought our to go order out to the car. Definitely a great attitude!

Food was absolutely amazing! Even though their computers were down, the service was superb(hostess and server). The atmosphere was quiet and intimate. Very, very nice. Thank you!!

Scott was the best waiter I've had in a long time. Super friendly and attentive. I drink a lot and as soon as my glass was halfway empty he already had another one coming

Didn't think I was hungry but I ate it and had dessert.

Family brought me for lunch on Veteran's Day. I tend to avoid the free food on Veteran's day because those places typically save money at the expense of a long wait and chaotic atmosphere which isn't generally worth it. I am also not particularly fond of Applebee's.

However, this Applebee's location absolutely nailed it. Although the restaurant was quite busy, we had no wait and it was surprisingly orderly for a full house. The food arrived quick hot and tasty. Truly a perfect performance. We were well attended to, the dining experience was fantastic and they really created a positive experience for everyone. I don't typically recommend Applebee's but this experience has made me reconsider.

One of the best experiences I've ever had at Applebee's! Service was great, the lady was great to our kids and gave us extra napkins right away. Food was hot and the tastiest versions. Not too busy even on a Sunday at lunch time. Would highly recommend!

Applebee's has always been my favorite restaurant. The restaurant in Hermitage has always been the best one I've been to.

Waitress helped "customize" a menu item so I could get what I wanted but save a few bucks to make it considered a lunch special. 😉

We don't eat Applebee's very often but were hungry for pie & ice cream. This was the closest place. There was no pie nut the CHOCOLATE brownie item (warm with a soft center) served with ice cream was soooo good.
Service was great.
The interior could use a little sprucing up. The carpet & wainscoting need replaced/cleaned.
Beside that, all wad good.

Great surprise. First time in Hermitage. They didn't have a Rueben sandwich, but TANYA highly recommend their special club sandwich on toasted bread. It was one the best sandwiches I ever had. Not your typical club at all. Had barbecue sauce, mayo, meat, cheese & tomato. Unbelievably delicious. Ya gotta try it.

Although milk shakes were not on menu, they made one anyway...with hard ice cream.
